If I could rate this 0 stars I would the costumer service is horrible they talk about you in front of you and you can tell you don't even have to know their language to know they are talking about you. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I asked for fill in one nail was bigger than the other. When I came another women went before me even though I came before. The women kept sniffing and sneezing. The other lady next to me kept looking at me because I was black. The only reason I came here was because I went to the wrong place the real place you should be going is today nails #2 that's the real place they are much friendlier talkie. Also it was another lady who walk on and the worker was being rood to her to and she was black too so I'm mean they do seem really racist. And the lady was arguing with the other worker and they were really loud. Her nose was running.

I was here for a pedicure, but it was mostly cuticle removal and color my nails. No file, no heel scrub.
She was almost closing, I guess that's why she didn't do a good job. I was charged $30

It's close and in my neighborhood thought I would give it a try. The lady in the first chair asked me my services and I requested a new set, pedi and eyebrows. She tried ripping my old set off and after the first one which was PAINFUL I requested to be soaked off. She replied it "would take longer" I said that's fine. This hurts and I'm not paying to be hurt.... this is supposed to be a relaxing experience. She did soak me off (burning me with her drill a few times) I did again say something about that as well. She passed me onto a lady (THANK GOD) who was funny... slayed my pedicure with the perfect color and finished my nails. I would've given 5 stars if I would've just had her.... I will return because the price for all my services was awesome and the lady that finished me up. Price is wonderful.... the lady in the first chair should probably stay in retirement if she's not going to be customer friendly it's not fair to the other two techs who were awesome. IT IS CASH only... which I had to run to the atm in the middle of my services as well. So bring cash.

I use to love this place then I left because the work was so inconsistent so I went elsewhere but it's so close to my house so I decided to try again and for the most part it was good then today I decided NO MORE!!! Rita the owner did my nails and I made an appointment because I had somewhere to be I come in and no one acknowledges you so I sit down and 30 mins after my appointment she says I'm going to lunch you wait, so stupid me I wait and In the mean time they all start talking in their language and looking at me, so she finishes and then dose my nails you can tell she's trying to rush and she used her drill a little too hard on my nail and creating a burn on my finger she's like "Oh sorry" finish's up the crap job with now the polish flaking off and all over my fingers I'm DONE!!! Save your money and spend it where they do good work and treat you right.

I took my niece here and I regret it. Rita is rude to customers, she's always talking in her language and you can tell she's talking about you, she'll say something and look at you and then look at her helper. She grabbed my nieces by the arm and sat her down forcefully, then my niece wanted a certain color and she told her "no, you're too dark for that color". My niece is hella light skin and who's paying for this, you or me? I don't recommend this nail salon. She hurt my finger and made me bleed. And didn't Give me the color I wanted (my niece wrote the last part).

I'd been going to this shop for 17 years. There was nothing wrong with the way my nails were done...I L♡VED how my nails looked and how long they lasted. However, I learned several of the women working there (including the woman who did my nails for the whole 17 years) were saying many extremely unkind things about me, in a language I don't know or understand. As I was leaving, as it turned out for the last time, another operator came out with me. In tears, she begged me not to return. She told me what was said and how long it had been going on. She also pointed out to me that almost all the customers I'd seen over those 17 years had stopped coming in...and she was right! Nobody has to tell me something like this twice. After going to this shop every three weeks for 17 years, I had to find another place to go.If you only care about how your nails are done and how they look, I have no problem recommending this place. BUT, if you want to establish some kind of relationship or rapport with the person holding your hand, this is not the place for you~

The girls are sweet but the shapes been lacking, the gel polish ALWAYS peels. I paid $40 for rhinestones that fell off the next day, bad attempt at ombre with glitter gel polish and did not listen or understand to how I wanted them painted

Nothing fancy weird place, nobody in there till about 1130 then starts filling up I don't know what .nail polish selection is awful very few and what is there is cracked and old, technician was nice enough dont know if this was a one off but for a shop to open at 930 and only 1 person till 1130 but for a Saturday morning with no one in the shop I would give it another try just for that
