The Office is very professional and welcoming. I have been a customer of theirs for about 5 years now. I think they are celebrating their 10 year anniversary this year? So nice to see that black owned family businesses are still hanging tuff on La Brea. Truly a 5 establishment.

I love going to this place. The owner is so down to earth and makes you feel like you're visiting an old family friend. I usually get lost with the time and spend more money than I want to because the owner Inra and the staff is so pleasant.I will continue to come back. Please don't leave the neighborhood! The community needs more professionals like The Office.

1st time visiting, needing an important scan for college, I have a service dog and (who I assume) is the owner seemed extremely frightened. He was sitting calm at my feet, unseeable from her side of the counter. Her husband as I assume told her before she came out. I understand fears, but treating me like I'm diseased while you stand all far and stare him down doesn't help the environment feel safe. All this resulted in me; 2.5 hrs later without my scan that should have been emailed right away. She asked me to leave my SERVICE DOG outside tided up like some I untrained pet. He is medical equipment and that's illegal. More help in your office is ideal, and a big sign that says CASH ONLY. I didn't get a receipt and now you seem to have scanned me $1.10. Wow why waste your time.

Ingram is a nice owner but there were 3 reasons she gets 1 star. 1. It took an hour to get 2 small packages ready with no other customers but myself. 2. After waiting an hour, then she tells me she doesn't take cards, cash only. 3. Just got a bill from FedEx charging me more because she didn't ring it up right. I wanted to support local businesses but I feel scammed.
