My wife's phone would not charge and we arranged for an exchange. We arrived for an appointment and were assisted by Alex Lee. His service was wonderful. He took his time, explained everything, and helped us check all settings. I would recommend seeing him. I hope his supervisor sees these accolades. Good service is hard to find these days but we found it with Alex Lee.

First off I'm HANDICAPPED & In a WHEELCHAIR! I Went to purchase the WIFI SYSTEM. I also changed my service over. When I got home My phone was saying EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY!They closed with out fixing my phone!

I went here a couple days ago to get a new phone and plan. Robert helped me out & thoroughly explained a promo that was going on with the phone that I wanted. after about an hour & a good conversation, I walked out of there with a better deal than I could imagine. My experience at TMobile was excellent, the representatives were extremely friendly & insightful. I love the way I was treated, I will most definitely keep coming here for my purchases. They have great bundle deals as well

I was swindled into a deal that wasn’t even real.I switched over from Verizon to T-Mobile. I was told there was a promotion that when you switched from another Carrier they will pay upwards of $600 to and your previous contract. I was also told because I have the newest, pixel pro that my conversion to one of their phones and iPhone 15 would be free.Both of these claims Apparently we’re fraudulent and just to get me to join their plans and company. I have reached out and then told I need to speak to the managers of this specific store. They told me they would call me after 3:30 PM after their meetings yesterday, and they never did.I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau by end of day if it is not made, right

Came in looking for a new phone and i had the WORST customer service from FIDEL . no "how can i help you?" "what can i do for you" nothing. so rude, so unorganized, not informative at all.

Just spent nearly 3 hours at this store, and WHAT A MESS.We are here just for a day before we fly out.Fidel was the agent that helped us. We set up new service with 3 lines at another location a few hours earlier, just getting service because we already had phones.2 hours later, one of our phones broke. We had to go back to get a new one but the other stores didn't have hardly any phones in stock so they sent us to this location to get a phone.We had to wait nearly an hour just to be able to buy a phone, but we were patient. When we sat down with Fidel, he said we'd have to purchase a FOURTH line if we wanted to get a $400 discount on the $499 phone.I asked him to talk to the manager to see if, because we JUST got our new lines, if we could get the new line discount. He refused to ask about it. He said if we wanted the discount we needed a new line AND to pay another $35 activation fee even though we just paid 3 x $35 earlier. We agreed because the phone would then be $99. Fidel confirmed this multiple times.About an hour later, he ended up calling T-Mobile to try and cancel the 4th line for us - something he told the agent he's "done a million times" (after telling us it was impossible). He called 3 different agents to get the 4th line cancelled. They refused.Long story short, we were sitting with him for 2 hours, and then at the end when we were getting ready to leave, I was reading the paper receipt.It said we put a DOWN PAYMENT on the phone! That means the other $400 will still be charged - when we offered to pay for the full phone up front the very second we sat down but he insisted we'd SAVE $400 if we did it his way.We not only had to pay the full price, we had to pay an extra activation fee! And sit there for hours! And now we have a 4th line we didn't want. He said if we cancel the line we wouldn't get our "discount" but on the receipt it literally says "not eligible for a discount."Total scam, no idea why he would've done that, but it wasted our time and lots of money. I wanted to just walk in and buy a phone outright, didn't need or want payments, and now I've gotta call T-Mobile to fix it all, which I'm sure will be super fun. Sheesh.

They didn't help me remove the other line I didn't know how it got there. Then cussed at me because one of the salespeople stopped and help someone who just came into the store! Very rude...
