Wow! Everybody at this store seems to be on a eternal bad mood, morning or afternoon, it doesn't matter! I cannot say that one specific person had bad customer service because all of them do! Morning a crew and night crew! Horrible!

Absolutely the worst of the worst with zero courtesy and regard to a business client that has been with TMobile for years. I am not asking for anything more than what I was told by business care on the phone to visit the store to get my issue resolved. How can you retain customers when your customer service representatives at the store are so misinformed, undertrained and uncooperative. Someone should retrain these type of individuals or find people that are a good fit to become representatives of a large corporation like TMobile.What do I do next?Stay on the phone again for hours at a time dialing 611, as the representative has asked me to do in order to get my issue resolved.All I needed is to return 2 items sent to me that did not work and was asked by business care to return to any TMobile store.This store has No Business cards, when asked.So I had to put this review instead of talking to a manager to resolve my issue, since they did not want to go any further in helping my situation.A waste of valuable time to visit this store.I will release the name of the employee when contacted by TMobile.Hint on his name… A religious name of someone who is supposed to help others when in need…Not at all at this TMobile Store though…

This t mobile is the worst to ever go I won't recommend anyone going this place I went to pay a bill in August and when the person was supposed to pay my bill the gut paid someone else's bill if I go back up there and I see that face I'm going to get him fired

The guy in the beanie is the worst possible customer representative that I've ever spoken too, he was very rude and looked annoyed every time I asked a questions, it's not my fault he's working there. He legit started playing a video on instagram before we walked away lmao what a putz no wonder T-Mobile is going out of business.

I am visiting and they refused to take my phone for a trade in . They said it’s because it’s damaged. However there policy states it is acceptable. According to their policy and website device must be able to turn on, find my iPhone must be disabled , no water damage , and the front lcd must not be cracked. They spent twenty minutes trying figure out if the device was good . They said there was “ stuff in the charging port “They didn’t even pull up my account after wasting my time

Been there twice... Twice they were very helpful... the second visit Jamal helped me... he really made it a positive experience... hopefully I don't have to change carriers again any time soon... it's hard to find people to really help with everything online or on the phone

I just stop today May 12 of 2023 to change my phone cause is broken the sales person saw me they ignored me like S..... they was talking about basketball with the security so I was in the store for 10 min and no one came to me asking me for service may be my skin color..

I was being charged for an additional line. Store personnel was unhelpful, just told me to call customer service even after I repeatedly told him I have already made calls to cancel the unauthorized phone line in my account. I decided to make the call inside T-Mobile since my requests to cancel the line outside was not honored. I was quite upset. And during the call, another employee approached me to lower my voice or he will call security on me. As if I was the problem. If only they are this proactive in resolving issues. So basically, they refused to assist me and didn’t like it when I was speaking to customer service inside the store. Their approach was unprofessional and they Are unwilling to assist even when the store was practically empty.

They gave me a "deal" that does not exist when we walked in person. Walked out with the phone with new line to find out later that they did not apply any promotion. I go back in person to talk about what happened and they turn the other way and say I had signed the agreement as is. They also had my wrong email address, so I was unable to sign the agreement. A complete mess. Staff is nice and friendly but the two airheads that helped us initially Elvira and Judi were not thorough, they did not confirm if my email on file was correct before docusigning in store. Elvira was being trained and was in control of the order. Big mistake. When I went back they said there were two emails on file and they sent to the incorrect one due to sprint transitioning to T-Mobile. One of the worst experiences ever. Stay away. You are better off ordering online.

All of them are fine...i think it is the cheapest
