Cashier ( Sunday around 4.18 pm ) she was very rude i was waiting their 15 minutes for the passport size photograph she was continuously taking another customer what i know is first come first serve policy in every store there was no any thank you or have a good day at the end.

I had THE WORST experience here today.First & foremost I spent 10dls on copy's that didn't come out right & came out blank even though I did it how its supposed to.Second there was a really rude guy working there I asked him a simple question & he acted l inconvenienced him so much by asking.Third they only had one person working in the copy area I asked for help twice they told me to wait I understand it gets busy or whatnot but nobody should have to wait 30+ minutes on something small.This is the last time i go there!

Average Staples but a bit understaffed. There is one worker for the copy center, print center, Amazon returns.

I have been a customer of STAPLES Inglewood store for over twenty years. Requiring heavy utilization of the COPY and PRINTING dept. For years my "go to" associate in thatdept was 'TANG". However she moved on to another store. A notable new crop of workers there are Eliza and Zarria. Recently I had went there with a need for services , I had a historic photo that needed down sizing which I did with Eliza. However, upon looking at it it needed to also be lightened. So I went back and was served by ZARRIA !!! ZARRIA !!!,ZARRIA!! She nailed it by lightening the copy, her result was truly amazing and I left a :"HAPPY CUSTOMER" with a smile on my face.Thanks to the management for hiring and training ZARRIA.

If I could give less stars I would. Customer service here is non existent. There was several people waiting to print on self serve when I came in. The guy who was behind print counter was not helpful in the least. He just sat there watching us struggle and when he did help it was because we had to ask several times. The girl with him just made excuses for his lack of help. 6-7 printers and two worked! After the fact that we all waited awhile to print our stuff the guys comes back to take off out off service signs from remaining machines and simply switched them on! This is absurd and not the service I expected at all! Never coming back! Save your time and go to kinkos who always has impeccable service! Also on machine there is no sign or anything indicating where to scan bar code. We had to search for it.

Very bad service from a black man and a boy I think is Anglo-Saxon, very bad treatment and he throws away my change when I collect, it is the worst treatment of my life

This is the worst staples to come No one is ever here to assist only 2 ppl working. Print center should always have multiple ppl working.

I got such good service in here today. The cashier was a sweetheart, she was a young black woman in think she had on glasses. But I really want to compliment the young lady in print, I didn't get her name but she is brown skinned with a long ponytail. She was really patient and she really helped me out, I really appreciate the help I received, I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

Amazon drop offs shouldn’t be an option at this location. rep was super rude at the print and copy center. said “she was busy, and was disrespectful to me and the other guest. she definitely doesn’t work here, and is taking it out on guests. very unprofessional, Amazon shouldn’t partner with a store with lazy staff
