The worse customer service we went to trade a good working phone she gave us a supposed to be brand new Motorola with in 1 week the phone ask for password number that we didn't set up come back to the store and non of them want to help us my guess is the phone is use before someone with password numbers the phone is lock and they don't want to help a senior citizen person here they will sell you refurbish phone took advantage of a senior don't buy phone here they are con artist

I had an excellent experience at T-Mobile on West Century, thanks to Miguel. He's incredibly nice and patient, providing top-notch assistance in registering a new line. I give him a well-deserved 5-star rating for his outstanding service!

KEVIN is a real one. My homie came in stressed out because he had to restart his phone after losing it. But Kevin was on the ball helped out and had us in the store no longer than 20 min!

We bought T mobile SIM cards from another party which did not work and we went to this store and received the best customer service from Edwin and Brian Sanchez. Edwin spent so much time trying to connect us to T-Mobile customer service after we tried, they did not try to fob us off or sell to us without solving our problems. At the last minute when card kicked into action, Brian was so professional, kind and didn’t make us feel like we wasted his time. I highly commend this store for being the face of T mobile. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts from Australia

Great customer service, friendly helpful staff. Edwin i'm not sure if he's the manager, but he was great and very helpful. He deserves a great review. Will only come to this location for now on. Vermont location is terrible just come here guys.

This store has a lot of employees standing and socializing with each other but not much working going on, I really hate when we have to continually pay for subpar service by unqualified phone techs frustrating af tbh there are a few other locations around this one that are much better and provide great customer service . I think they only want Hispanic customers at this location a bit passive aggressive to anyone else of non Hispanic decent

Currently standing at the store dealing with the store manager Lucy so far THIS STORE SEEMS ALL LATINOS AND I HAVE BEEN TRATED RUDLY THE STORE MANAGER JUST WALKED AWAY AND STARTED TALKING IN SPANISH WE WERE TRYING TO RESOLVE A ISSUE WITH MY LOST ID AND INSTEAD OF TRYING TO HELP SHE ADVISED ME TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET IT SENT TO MY HONE I ASKED WAS THERE ANY WAY AND I CAME UP WITH AN IDEA THAT I HAD MY PASSPORT AND RETURNED TO THE STORE WGEN I WALKED BACK IN SHE SPOKE SPANISH WITH ANOTHER ASSOCIATE AND WALKED IN THE BACK ROOM AND HAS NOT RETURNED SO FAR TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Never in my life have I felt like such an unvalued customer. Spent hours on the phone with TMobile tech support who could not resolve my problem with new device. Was told to take my device and order mistake by Tmobile to the nearest store (#1SNL) to get the accessories & defective device replaced. I did not have a receipt number on hand, but did have my order number and email showing my order. The manager refused to assist without my receipt number despite having my ID and order number. Manager basically refused to look up the details. I was the only one in the store where there were 3 employees who also sided with the manager. I felt ganged up on. The manager was unapologetic and had the audacity to state "We are not T-Mobile corporate, we are a T-Mobile Store". Basically implying the directions given to me by corporate were useless. Employee even insinuated that T-Mobile tech support doesn't know what they are doing. If you want to be treated with respect and treated like a valued customer and if you don't want to be gaslighted then DO NOT SHOP HERE. Manager refused to offer any solution to my very frustrating issues with T-Mobile order . Basically told me I was SOL.

I went in there because my cellphone navigation was not working properly ?. I had stopped that day. I thought that there was a T-Mobile store there. So, I drove by the store because of the lack of my navigation. ? When I finally found it. I was greatted by Avarodo, I think ?. Anyway, I told him of the issues that I had. He said that it might be my cellphone. It was a Spectrum Samsung GALAXY A somethingI just wanted to cancel my account. I have T-Mobile Internet. There's no apps for T-Mobile Internet. Anyway, he told me to call it in. You can not cancel my account here in the T-Mobile Store...? ? So, I left more upset than I was when I first entered the T-Mobile Store. Avarodo was very condescending.. he spoke down to me. I'm disabled.. I had a stroke. So I use a Rollator to get around. I drove over there to the T-Mobile Store. Then that's where the problem started. Avarodo should have a talk about his customer service or lack thereof. ? Anyway, I am done with these Internet places. So, I still want to cancel my account. T-Mobile cellphone service used to be okay. I had it for years. But, now..I will pass..?
