Stay away from this place. The manager doesn't really want to deal with black and brown customers. It was obvious by the way he spoke to me. Today at 10:30am, with 26 customers waiting, the manager hid from customers while the associates worked their butts off. The manager stood by the back room door and pretended to inspect his clipboard. When he saw customers walking towards him, he changed direction! I had the pleasure of asking him a question and he was so incredibly rude. I will never be back. I can't wait until TMobile provides wifi service for my area.

There's a long line of people waiting to be helped and there were about 3 staffs walking around and not trying to help anybody. Only two people are helping out. This is horrible.

Aurora Ll.She a excellent worker with very kind spoken words. What I admire about Aurora mostly is her patience. Jehovah God says that's one quality all mankind needs to develop. We'll it comes natural for Aurora and she seem to really enjoy helping her customers with patience and respect. Keep her she a winner. Every time I come her she always pleasant with her customers. This is my first time as her customers. She was kind to me too. Thank you for having good workers.

Very slow service!!!A lady was having an issue and I suggested they call the manager. The guy politely let me know to mind my business!?

I had to wait 2 hours to turn in equipment at the Inglewood store on Century Blvd and when it was finally my turn, it took 48 seconds to get my confirmation receipt! What they need to do is have a separate line for returns. They're only focused on that annoying "$29.99 mobile service" and forgetting about their other customers! And please don't comment that "we're sorry for your convince, blah blah blah" because this isn't the 1st time I had to wait that long!

I'd leave an expletive laced rant if I could. I signed in upon entry. I checked the "exchange equipment" link, waited over an hour for my name to be called only to be told that they're out of equipment. Terrible effin' management. Customers need to be told upon entry that there are supply issues. No one should have to wait that long for a half-assed apology.I'd gladly dump Spectrum altogether if there were other internet options in the community I live in. This is simply unacceptable.Run...don't walk walk from this location.

They have a micro red hair man running around bugging everybody. District manager. Employees said that he's a freak and like to buy them burgers to be rude to customers

Went there today to transfer internet service was given 3 different prices the little black dude helping me was useless would not speak up then when I asked for his supervisors manager name he hesitated. I'm disabled so is my elderly mom these men didn't even want to help us get the cable boxes out of the car. This place has the worst customer service all but a few should be fired. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Imagine a sunny day in CaliforniaNow imagine a sunny day and it’s 4th of July in California without WiFi- horrendous right!Paid my bill on July 3rd and was told my wifi would be on in 10min - yeah that didn’t happenBut I waited patiently and came in to my nearest Spectrum store on July 10th for them to tell me I needed to wait in line- waited for 1 hour plus- finally get called up and guess what? Nope wrong I didn’t get my problem solved- pathetic >.< NO Wifi!!! Extremely upset :/Seriously, I’ll just move to AT&T ;)

Tech person not help at all. Still given us a no good WiFi tower. So what's the point to make this changes if they don't know what they're doing. We Still with no internet and no WiFi. Great. Then you spend a long period of waiting time for no reason. Thank you spectrum for waisting our time.

Wait time is ridiculous, I’d recommend going somewhere else. Or making the service add on be the phone.

I don't like coming her. They are so slow. I'm looking at two workers right now that is just standing at the desk doing nothing. They calling people or helping them at all. It is 8 people in the list to see a agent and the two other guys are not helping at all. They are on they phone. Even the security guy. He was on his phone when I came in and he didn't see me. I didn't know I had to sign in. If he wasn't on his phone maybe he could have helped me when I walk in the door. A person should not be wait a hour 1/2 to be see someone. Spectrum you need better employees or faster help time. I am just turning in my equipment that should not take almost 2 hour to do.

They are so slow in here hella slow!!!! Took an hr for me to me pay my grandmothers bill with a check. Other people were getting assistance who were lower on their online line. I'm irritated AF and I wanna report them to corporate cuz wtf is this??
