I visited the previous beauty supply store years ago, but unfortunately moved to the Valley. Beauty supplies are few and none where I currently live, so when I was in the area I decided to stop back in to grab so essentials. And I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted warmly by the staff Yordanos who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I’d know Yordanos from my last visit and she is always so caring and helpful. The store had an extensive range of products, catering to every beauty need imaginable. Whether you're a skincare enthusiast, makeup lover, or haircare aficionado, they have something for everyone. Often times I cannot find every single thing I need at one location, but at Glow and Flow everything I need is on hand! The layout was clean and organized, making it easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. Plus, the prices were reasonable, and they even had some great deals and promotions going on. They even carry their own brand of braiding hair which is super soft and very easy on the hands when using. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Glow and Flow, and I can't wait to go back for more beauty essentials!

I spend waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much money in this place to be treated as I was treated this Sunday. I come way from Paramount to Inglewood to buy here because it is black owned even though their prices are higher I believe in supporting black businesses.I was in a rush to go to work and needed a wig and I purchased a wig and some lace spray. The cashier forgot to give me the 10% off for the wig, the assistant manager wrote "see customer notes" with his initials. He also wrote the notes in the system.I returned to the store a week or so later with the receipt because I needed some clip in extensions. I presented my receipt and the store manager gave me all sorts of excuses as to why she could not give it to me. I told her she could keep the receipt and deal with it later with her co worker. She kept going on and on for like 10 minutes. I was going to just say forget it when he called and he confirmed.For me to stand there and go back and forth with someone who sees me at least 5 times a month for eyelashes or anything else I need?!. I was beyond upset because I explained to her as an operations manager myself, what I would've done and so on, she completely disregarded it.It would be different if I wasn't a frequent customer.

Wonderful, beautiful fully-stocked, Black woman-owned beauty supply store?It's super-clean, bright and cheery inside, with lots of Black-owned brands and old school faves to choose from.The customer service is A-1!!EVERY SINGLE TIME I've gone there, I am happily greeted when I walk in, by EVERYONE! aaaand they are very knowledgeable about everything they carry. I definitely recommend this business??

So I use to beauty supply hop but since Glow +Flow started a rewards program I don't go anywhere else...it is so helpful to be able to save points and actually use "REAL" point to get "DISCOUNTS"....especially when money is short...sooo freaking helpful ❣️❣️❣️
