Came to get my grandchildren's favorite breakfast item: French toast sticks, not a decent cart readily available! Witness two men, one struggling with a toddler so I offered assistance to him when the other man who was in front of me offered ZERO help, turns out he is some sort of manager!!! He saw me, a female, struggling to locate an unlocked basket for the father and child then for myself ZERO assistance! Found what I needed, that's a possitive

I shopped here once. When it was my turn at the cash register, I greeted the cashier. He didn't bother to reply. Maybe I was the wrong race, or he was too busy watching and listening to a sports game on his phone that was propped up beneath the credit card reader. I brought a reusable shopping bag and set it down on the conveyer belt. He didn't bother to put my groceries in the bag. I've been living on my own and shopping for groceries for decades. Nearly everywhere else, they bag your groceries for you. Every other Smart and Final that I've been to does. Not this one apparently.

I go to many different Smart and Final Stores, usually the employees are very helpful and the store is usually clean, It's a great option if you don't go to Costco. Prices are great
