They do not honor the ralphs reward program here. I am not 100% sure if it is mandatory for all shells to honor but every one I have been to so far has honored it.

This guy is an idiot! I told him to turn the air machine on and he said that he doesn't know if it works. I ask him what you mean you don't know. He said "how do I know if it works? I only work in the store and not outside". Worst customer service.

The tire inflation pump is paid for (accepts cards), but it doesn't work. I paid and was unable to calibrate my tires ?. They don't accept payment at the pump, you have to go inside to pay ??♂️.
