Very professional, with a high degree of knowledge and explanation of the services to be provided. Took a necklace for repair, and was informed exactly what I needed and created a plan for future maintenance. They have a digital microscope which allows them to show you the fine details of the work required for your repair. They use the appropriate karet for the gold you bring. My repair was done in a timely fashion and was cleaned and looks amazing. Very reasonable prices, for the work provided. I will also be bringing a ring to add gold the the underside due to excessive wear. They are allowing me to bring scrap gold to add to the ring and will only be charging for the labor required. Having previously had my work done at the swap meet I am now a new loyal customer. They have a small selection of jewelry pieces for sale and it's my understanding they can get any design you would like. They also do special custom pieces. Thanks again.Looking forward to having my ring rebuilt and looking better than new.

Absolutely Great Customer Service had some custom bangles made and I am in shock & in love at the same time reasonable pricing....they made my bangles in less than 2 weeks. Solid gold

I love watches. As a guy, I'm limited (compared to women) as to what accessories I can get away with wearing. A nice pen, a nice business card case, a wedding band, a watch....that's about all I can really get away with. Selwyn was recommended by a friend when I mentioned that I had about 10 watches that needed batteries. They took great care of me and they also helped me when I needed some of my nicer watches overhauled and then appraised for insurance purposes. I am a big fan of supporting local businesses and they are always glad to see me and appreciative that I'm coming back. You don't get that with the big corporate jewelry stores, but you do at Selwyn. Amelia and her employees are truly good and nice people. I highly recommend them!

I have been using Selwyn Jewelers for 30 plus years...Hector and Amelia (the original owners) and the kids (now following in their parents footsteps) were in grade school. They are expert artisans in their field. Any time I need any jewelry or repairs, I go there. They recently moved to a nearby location, with all of the changes occurring in Inglewood......Superb family, superb work and superb professionalism!
