Not only did this company lose the Navigation System in the vehicle they sold me (they had told me it was in storage and it would be mailed out to me later), but they placed poor quality damaged tires on the car after I signed the paperwork and bought it (they had to put standard rims on the vehicle because I refused to buy the aftermarket ones they had on it already). The tires are in such bad shape I was told by a Nissan Dealership that the tires had NO business being on the vehicle upon sale. I have been dealing with them for almost four months now trying to reach an agreement in order to compensate for the four damaged tires and the lost Navigation System. I asked for two brand new tires and I was willing to pay for two additional tires from them as they received a discounted price in order to make up for the previous errors. Oringally, they only wanted to give me $100. I refused because $100 purchasing a used replacement entertainment system let alone a single tire for my 2006 Nissan Armada. Car Lux owner "Sunny" finally agreed to my proposal but they will not check in with the status of these tires, refuse to call me back in any timely fashion (I keep winding up calling them again), and every single time I call I have to tell them what was originally agreed upon. While all of this has been happening, one of the tires finally completely blew on me and left me stranded waiting for AAA. Get this, the tools they placed in my vehicle to change the tires? They aren't the right tools!! So AAA couldn't pull off the tires with a normal truck, they had to call one of their towing trucks. This has by far been the WORST vehicle purchasing experience in my entire life!! Will NEVER recommend this business to anyone as I am STILL battling for some just compensation!
