I'm sorry that you feel that way but it's the truth and that was my experience. Again, not taking accountability for the way it was handled. I texted that number the first day I received my order. No response. I'm sorry you feel like that type of service is acceptable to your race. I did not see that information within my package which is why I referred to your online return policy. Maybe you need to update your online information because I follow the instructions.

This is go to spot. There has not been a time when I needed something to wear rather a wedding, date night, concert, jazz festival, vacation they have never disappointed. Clothes are always of quality. Don't go if you don't want to get hooked..

LOVE this store. SO MUCH fun shopping here. The owner made my experience so wonderful. She gave her honest opinions on what would flatter my shape and hyped me up when we found THEE outfit. I will definitely be back for more unique wardrobe options.

Do not buy from this store in person and especially not online. They will scam you out of your money through their store policy. Services are responsible for refunds and filing claims if the item is lost in the mail PERIOD. You spend more than $100 and you are SOL and they don’t care! Keep your money and spend someone else. They do not deserve your patronage!

They do not deserve your patronage!EDIT: The mail search will go nowhere because I can’t tell them what the package looks like. You want to know who would know what the package looks like? YOU. And just like you can “look” you can also file the claim and missing search yourself. It takes less than 5 minutes. You don’t care wether it’s lost or found because you already have my money with no good intentions.

I have to say that I absolutely love this location and the sales ladies at both the Inglewood store and the Bellflower store.. without hesitation I recommend shopping with them BUT ONLY in the store. There are entirely too many rules to shopping online. I received an email that included a coupon for 20% off of the entire site. They always have really cute things so I was super pumped. However, shopping online comes with the risk of not being able to fit the item. I am 5'6" tall and I weigh 175 lbs; I am shapely therefore after I picked up the items I ordered online in the store I could not fit them. First, I was surprised to learn that because I used the discount which was emailed to me that made all sales final. Secondly, I learned that you can only return items ordered online at their Slauson location which was a major inconvenient when you don't reside in the area. Thirdly, I learned that you are given a credit that can ONLY be used online. I am not feeling the customer service with this boutique at the moment. They totally took all the enjoyment and pleasure out of shopping. Shopping is usually a stress reliever but today I was stressed to the max while shopping . I will be taking a break from shopping at this boutique. I just want to make other online shoppers aware..

I’ve come and supported this business a numerous times but when I went in to buy an outfit I saw an outfit while checking out that I could use for a white party. I ask the owner if she thought I can fit it and she said “sure, I know you can fit it.” so I didn’t try it on because I took her word. But I couldn’t and they refused to return, exchange or nothing but sell me a $100 outfit I can’t wear. I bought the item trying to support black business. Besides, it’s NOT cool going downtown to the alley and seeing an item for $55.00 that you bought for $100 bucks. They have lost a customer for sure.REPLY!!!!! I purchased with my CREDIT UNION bank card and retrieved my receipt for you but I am a Travel RN who works 48 hrs a week NIGHT shift who has limited time to run back in forth. Not wasting my time with a bunch of desperate owners trying to make a buck! It’s on Shien ANYWAY! Black folks are by far the worse at business and cry that you don’t support it!!!!!!

Do not order from Sabrak online! I received a stained set. I sent it back 3 weeks ago when I just received my order.. as I do not want to wear something with brown stains on the butt ?They have not given me a refund and will not reply to any of my emails. They did reply at first and asked for a picture, I sent a picture and they were like it looks like a “water stain” you sure package wasn’t open? Nope! The outfit was sealed in plastic wrapped along with another layer of plastic packaging with 0 tears. For them to send me an outfit with a stain and refuse to help me with a exchange or refund is horrible!! Will not be ordering from them again.
