2 cashier’s for a long line as Long as magic mountain lines are. They DO NOT have a Returns and Exchange Line anymore, so you have to sit in the ONE long line for Returns & Exchanges. Terrible decision by Management at this Ross

Terrible service, the manager looks at a long line and leaves only one person charging very poorly for an hour in line to pay and they just walk around without caring about the customers.

This Ross has a bad smell B.O clean where the women's section of blouse the clothes look dirty also the jewelry area needs a wipe down and swipe and mop and wax your floor please.
