Ordered grocery pickup - never came out we went into the store to ask them where the order was even though the app told us it had been ready for 30 minutes, then we get home to find that they missed tons of items that we already paid for! Kind of defeats the purpose of having grocery pickup. Now we have to go buy all of those missing items that we already paid for.

I spent over $70 on two (2) bags of chitterlings which were supposed to be cleaned however, they were not!!! It appeared that they were only "washed" and they were not the best chitterlings I've seen. There are other local meat markets that have higher quality and "cleaned" chitterlings for less!!! This Ralphs (and others) is ridiculously high!!!

Arrived at this Ralphs at 11:50. i tried walking in but the security guard (black) would not let me in!! i asked for the manager(black) and when she came out she laughed and said, "get out". horrible customer service. Shopped here 3 times and left unsastified everytime. Do not go here unless you want to be made fun of!

They have a lot of interesting products but few vegan options for the type of supermarket it is. Very nice service!

Something is seriously wrong with the customer service at this store. I needed to contact this store because someone hacked into my Kroger account and placed a huge pickup order for themselves. Not only could I not get through on the phone to cancel the fraudulent order, but neither could Kroger's corporate customer service representatives until they called in a specialist. This is unacceptable. I don't know if it's a lack of staffing or an issue with the quality of staffing at this store, but management needs to step up and ensure that personnel actually do their job and someone answers the phone.
