It was a local move so I didn't need help with a larger truck but the van I rented was clean and ready to go. “The only thing about this location is it is VERYYYYY hard to get approved for a truck. But once approved they will make sure yu get the truck yu need. Also this location always has a lot of options and I believe this is because it's so hard to be approved. You have to do everything through the online portal so it's a little complicated and tedious. Listen I got my truck today completely on empty. What a waste of miles having to get gas first but UHaul secret; return the truck on 1/4 tank and you get a $57.50 credit added to your bill!!!!! Overall it's decent minus the online agent requesting 7 selfies because you have a hair scarf on. Nevermind the pic of your drivers license you just provided. Whooo Compton lol”
