This is the ONLY planet fitness where the showers don't leave a slimy hard water soapy film on your body. The rest on the westside of LA all have this issue probably from poor plumbing, or something even worse becuase you cannot get a clean shower after working out.

Poor customer service and engagement, Rene seems like he hates his job, not the guy you want handling new members. Classes are scheduled but not held. You get what you pay for.

Second dirtiest PF I’ve been to. The worst is that the female employee just sat on a chair with her friend and doing something all times I was there and doing nothing to clean the locker room/ bathroom / showers. Locker room has hair and trash on the floor, sink area is dirty everywhere, toilet has poop stain, and hair and trash in the shower room. When she ended her shift, she left without clean anything. If I was the manager I’d fire her immediately.

They are so nice at the desk, ultra helpful and everyone seems like they are happy to be there. Gym is clean, and for the most part the equipment is all pretty decent. They could use another few stair climbers, as there are only 4 and they are almost always being used, but other than that it’s great.

Machine equipment out of order or broken, paper towels is out so many times, people using two to three equipment at the same time and not enough air from fans.

I started my membership on May 4, 2023, and have only visited a couple of times. When I called to cancel, I was informed that I needed to physically come into the gym or send a certified mail to request the cancellation. Due to my busy schedule, I hadn't been able to make time to come in for the cancellation process.
After a year of being charged $10 every month, I was unexpectedly charged $49. This prompted me to finally visit the gym in person to cancel my membership and request a refund for the new charge. However, the lady at the front desk informed me that I could not get a refund, despite my lack of interest in continuing my membership.
I find it disappointing that the gym makes it so difficult to stop charges or cancel a membership. I feel taken advantage of and will not be recommending this gym to others.

Overall a great location. However, the ladies room needs better upkeep!!! Poor management! You can tell it isn’t being sanitized only “straightened up” there are absolutely no disinfectant wipes or paper towels available to even use to clean or clean behind yourself. The sinks in the ladies room barely have any water pressure and it’s kind of frustrating.
It’s also a huge shame that grown women utilize the restrooms and DO NOT care about cleaning their mess behind themselves. People really are gross and/or make a mess just because it isn’t their restroom it’s so foul and disrespectful!
