I don't have any pictures right now but this is the best place to get Louisiana meats and fresh meat. Louisiana candies and staples. If I didn't have high blood pressure I would be tearing those pickled pig lips up.

I use to really love this market even before they moved to this location. I beginning to think differently now. I went on Saturday the butchers?? Some are new but no excuse they should be trained to serve your customers with respect and professionalism. They want to pick your meat pretends to not hear your request. Puts meat on scale quickly remove do not state the cost. Also on Saturday l ask for fresh turkey tails he went to back to get so I didn't see . When l got home the turkey tails was not turkey tails it was some old chicken backs!!!! I was so mad and l don't live in the city so l couldn't take back . So will cook them for my dog . I don't know if I will be returning after decades. Saying an employee is new is not an excuse. This is why your reviews are dropping it's your employees your meats are considered cheap but l loved that I could get some meats here where could find at other places. And southern spices, they baby wings are not baby wings are not baby wings anymore you are cutting the big piece off and selling the wing part and calling them baby turkey wings?? I made a mistake l meant your meats are not cheap so you owe your customers good service.

Great customer service but the quality of the meat was horrible my last purchase. I couldn't believe it. My go to place for smoked turkey tails. I was very disappointed. Maybe it was a bad batch but you never know until you purchase them and then unfortunately it's too late.

I've been coming here for years since they were located on 92nd and Western Ave. This is my go to spot for my soul food and BBQ needs they have Al you need. The service is the best and the prices are reasonable. That breakfast sausage is fire also.
