Nina was absolutely fantastic!! I went to OR to have my Prius battery charged— No small feat!! She removed the battery, but first her helped me clean out the junk from my trunk (no pun intended) to access the battery.
She explained everything to
me and then had to figure out how to open the trunk because the car had no power,
The most professional, competent, and reliable service!! Thank you, Nina, and thank you OR for being able to spot a true gem of an employee. I will return!!

Great Experience here today! My truck all of a sudden started having charging issues where the battery light came on. I pulled up to O’reilly to confirm the problem. The Associate Mindy was very helpful within minutes to come out and test for verification. Was very Professional and Thorough pulling up the right part for my vehicle.
I was also able to confirm a second problem with my other vehicle, a Honda CRV, and walked out with parts for both. Thanks Mindy and Tony!

Brought in 2 batteries to recycle. Went to Auto Zone first and they said they could do it but couldn’t figure out how to do it in the computer. They just shrugged their shoulders. Came to O-o-o Reilly’s and Nina and Ms Kat got it figured out in 1 minute!
These guys know what’s up.

went to replace battery had a 3 year warranty it was in the computer as yes but they said no can't replace it, poor customer service?

Came to this location to charge my super start battery. There was a new employee 3 weeks since he started. He didn't know how to charge a battery so he asked me to help him but I'm a customer how I'm supposed to know how to use the machine. The 2 ladies working there ignored him when he asked for help. When I returned to pick up the battery the lady told me it was bad. I took the oriellys super start battery across the street to autozone and the charged the battery for free. It was a good battery.
