“This team is very competent. I had my Jeep Grand Cherokee at the dealership to fix a intermittent engine light that kept coming on. Jeep dealer said, I need new engine. These guys found that my cam position sensor was cracked and oil was getting into it causing the engine light due to a short. Also, praise God! I also did pray they would find the problem and fix it. Hallelujah!”

Went in to see about possible warped rotor/squeaky brake that I had replaced not too long ago at a different shop (maybe about 6 months ago). Also had a tire light on & noticed I had a nail in the rear driver side tire. I came here anticipating having to replace the front pads & rotors again to fix the noise issue and get a tire plug. They took a look and told me my front rotors and pads were still pretty much brand new, they just needed to be cleaned lubricated and reset (said the source of the noise was the brakes were dry and pad had been set at an angle instead of flush with the rotor). The mechanic I spoke to said he didn't want me spending $400 replacing rotors and pads if I didn't need to, very honest was not trying to get money out of me. He also noticed the rear tires were the original tires (my car is a 2018, year of this review is 2024) and due to their age, the nail I ran over had started to split the tire. He went ahead and replaced my two old tires, rotated them all for only $250 out the door. Dropped the car off at 8:30am, it was all done by 10:30am same day, I spent less than I originally anticipated, I left with the squeaky catching brake issue fixed w/ no more noise, and 2 new tires. Definitely recommend going here, and if you do, drop your car off first thing in the morning when they open and they will take care of you. Amazing, thank you guys.”
“I wrote this review about a month after going to Kike's to give more of an accurate account.
What an amazing experience! I had to get my rotors and pads changed and I called/went to different locations to get price quotes. In doing so, I am also look for great customer service and no doubt, Kike's was AMAZING! Kike came up to the car with a caring smile and very professional and courteous. He took a look at the pads/rotors and gave me his honest opinion and we worked out a price and about 1.5 hours or so later, the car was done and ready to go. This was about a month ago and the car is going great. Thank you so much Senor Kike! I really appreciate you and your amazing team in great work and exceptional customer service! Keep up the great work!!!”
“I drive from Redondo to get my car serviced by Alex. He is one of the most fair and trustworthy mechanics I have come across. He truly wants his customers to just be safe and happy in their vehicles. He doesn't dig deep into pockets because he doesn't need to...The demand for business and the automotive expertise are there. L-Spec's receptionist, Haddy is always so friendly, honest and helpful- taking time to explain things even when it's not her job to. When I called in, I spoke to Kyle who was super helpful with all my questions. It was evident that he valued my business, and was not hesitant in earning it. Being talked to and cared for as another human, and not just a number is something I deeply value when considering what business I will support. When Kyle was not available, I spoke and worked with the manager Louís, who was equally amazing. They both exemplified going the extra mile to earn my business with a sense of ease, and that’s why they got it!
American Tire Depot, Kyle and Louís both deserve promotions and a nice raise!

“Mike is the absolutely most honest and reliable mechanic. I’ve been going to Mike for about 15 years now and he’s still as honest as can be. Reasonably priced and will never try to rip you off. He has even sent me back home when the dealer told me I needed a certain part and Mike told me my car was not in need of anything. That’s when I realized he’s the most honest mechanic I have met. Only problem is I moved about an hour and a half away but that doesn’t stop me from getting my vehicle towed to Mike when in need.”
