This place is a scam! The people are rude and thiefs.Truck broke down last night called AAA waited hour for the eta. No one showed. Called Nathan's they said no request is in I'd have to make my own request and pay out of pocket or they were gonna drop the truck on spot. They didn't care we had AAA or a infant with no food. After we zelled them and showed them proof of payment they kept calling saying the payment didn't go thru and to pay them again!!!I will be suing you if I'm not reimbursed.

This company is very unprofessional I used them thru AAA and they kept giving me a run around on times and after 3 hrs they canceled the service after me tell me that I had my three kids with me. The tow truck driver hung up in my face and so did the dispatcher. AAA needs to cancel them as venders

Honestly, pretty horrible. Waiting on a tow for over 3 hrs. After even being told it would be 45 minutes. Called a second time and number was blocked. Had to reach out to AAA (which is also garbage). Then finally called me back only to inform me that it was going to be another hour.Honestly, so had to catch an Uber home because lack of accountability.

This company is contracted with AAA. They kept texting me they would arrive. Then they said arrive in 4 hrs! Then more texts they would arrive two hours later! From 1230 pm to 9pm, whenI finally spoke to a live person and they agreed to call dispatch and call me back with an update. Never heard back from them. I ended up leaving with no assistance. They never showed up.Service: Car towing

This is the absolute worst company to ever use. Unprofessional. Give you ETA’s they don’t hold up to, and if you call to gain clarification, a lovely gentleman named Frank will answer and threaten to cancel your tow entirely if you ask what’s going on. His exact words “I don’t go back and forth. Take the tow or I can cancel”. A real stand up way to speak to the customer you are making late due to your own negligence. Don’t use these guys. I’d ask for Frank to be fired/removed personally, hands down worst encounter with a phone rep I’ve ever experienced.

Quite honestly the worst tow truck company with the rudest employees. My car was towed near the beach that had absolutely no visible signs stating that I couldn't park there. I walked up to my car since I heard the car alarm going off and that's when I saw the tow truck begin to pull away. Under California code AB 2210 if the tow truck driver sees you on the private property (while the driver is also still on property) they HAVE to give the car back no questions asked!! The driver Christopher saw me flagging him down and went . literally. My friends even saw this as well. Meaning that he should have a $2,500 fine and could have up to 3 months in jail. I called the towing company where the man over the phone proceeded to yell at me saying they have all the paper work and they could tow the car. I was trying to understand how this was legal when he then proceeded to cuss at me while yelling and wouldn't let me get a word in. I asked how I could get my car today since I lived two hours way from the area. He said they were closed and I had to pay an after hours fee. How is it appropriate to be closed for business hours but still towing cars outside of their area? I asked if I could retrieve my belongings atleast since it was Friday and they were closed on weekends. He said they were closed and I would still have to pay the after hour fee. I asked if I could pick it up Monday since they were already closed and would be closed for the weekend. He stated I would then have to pay additional fees for the weekend for 'storage'. So that means I have to pay for days that they are closed and I wouldn't even be able to retrieve my car. I gave in and decided to just pay the after hours fee that day so I could drive back home. It ended up being almost $500!!! Once I got there the worker helping me, Manolo, told they were cash only at the moment which made the process longer. Everyone at the office was extremely rude and unhelpful and made me stand outside the entire time (I'm a 19 yo female and it was 8 pm in Inglewood). Once I finally had my car in possession it was clear they entered the vehicle since my emergency break was now off. As well as a huge chunk of paint is missing from my bumper and there is a scraping noise coming from under the engine. They were no help at all and I will be pushing for that fine since I am now $500 broker when they should have released my car in the first place. Below are the signs they claimed to have stated that I could not park there.

Fast, friendly, and reliable. After calling my roadside assistance and they weren't able to find me anyone without a two-hour wait, I called Nathan’s Towing and had someone to get my car in 20 minutes. Highly recommended.

Nathan’s towing well all I know is someone from that company has sold me a car thru Facebook market place.I believe his name is Alan Soto or Alan smith Soto Robles. To start off wen I went back to see the car I had the right amount of money cause the first time I did not. Well he said the car would be parked where we met with pink slip and the key inside and to meet down the street somewhere in Downey and give him the money there . So I should have known right then and there something was shady well I meet him him give him the cash I didn’t even have time to get out of the car to fill out pink and count out the money he was at my window of the car real quick. Well what ended up happening was I parked in a place I shouldn’t have parked, so the car got towed. since the car had no plates cause it needed to be registered I kept the pink inside the car.So mr Alan Soto I call him yo ask him if he can call this place and let them know he had his sold the car to me. He said ya. Wel that as another mistake on my part I shouldn’t have let him known where the car was cuz he had the other key. So what u think he did, he went and got the car out and put the car back on the market this time on offer up.

My car broke down last week while heading to work. I called a few places but none could get to me in time. I then called Nathan’s Towing and they got to me in no time and were able to tow my car to the closest mechanic. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Would use them again.
