I have had a mailbox here, for about six months. They are rarely open during their posted hours. Now they have a sign posted that they are only open 9 am- 11 am. I walk in they have no electricity and now my packages that I have scheduled to be delivered are being turned away, because they are not open to accept my packages. If you ask them any questions, they answer in a very rude manner and answer nothing, just repeat your question. Now I want to start my own mailbox center just to put them out of business and show them how to treat customers. This is very unfortunate, because I could've gotten a mailbox anywhere, but I tried to support two young black men in their new business. BIG MISTAKE!!!!

This location has been closed since last week probably a little longer. The sign on the door says "due to the electricity" but the entire lot is operating. No email or notice to inform customers of the current situation, packages are being returned causing a hugh inconvenience. They ALWAYS send a payment notice tho. SMH! Due to the nature of my work some documents are time sensitive, when will the business reopen? How can we get the mail and packages received prior to the closure?

The mailbox location has been closed for over a week with a sign saying they're having "electrical problems" but everybody else in the complex is running fine- no notice, tons of stickers on the door this is ridiculous I can't get my mail

I took a package and it took them all week to finally deliver it to FedEx. I called the next day after I had dropped off my package and the guy who answered was rude and rushed to say it had been delivered already when in reality it was still there.

Use this place at your own risk. I needed to find a fed ex spot to return a cell phone. They assured me that they I could drop off a fed ex return there. When I got my receipt there was no tracking and it basically says that you are using them at your own risk. My cell never made it back so I was never reimbursed my money. Hundreds of dollars... gone. When I called the business to complain that my package was never received, they denied any wrongdoing. I should have gone with my guy and not left my package there. Be careful.

BEST PLACE EVER!!! Super professional and helpful, fantastic energy You have to come here, they're much quicker than the post office plus you can get more stuff done in one place! Amazing shop I'm not going anywhere else
