“After Chime messed up badly. Wouldn't cash my settlement check from my attorney and didn't give me a reason. Says they don't know and they don't know who knows. The system decided. After lying to me and saying it was more than my mobile deposit limits when I checked my limits before depositing it and sent them a screen shot of my limits. They stated it wasn't cashed and I could still take it somewhere else and I brought it here to Avalon and of course their records showed Chime still had holds on it. On the phone with Chime at Avalon and he could see Chime was a waste of time. Avalon didn't over charge me and paid me enough to get by a couple days while they wait for the check to clear since it was already attempted to be deposited at the bank. Wrote me up a contract so I could walk away comfortably. I get to pick up the balance in a week.”
