I felt comfortable and I'm glad came in today. I really came in to get a new phone protector. Also, I mentioned about the pop ups about cleaning my phone. Come to find out, I needed a new phone.

SCAMMERS! There were two customer service guys(Either Arab or Indian men) there. I went in about a month ago because my phone was not charging. I told them maybe I just need a new charger. The one guy plugged my phone into his charger and my phone still would not charge. I look down and saw that he literally did not have the charger plugged into the electrical socket and tried to tell me that there is something wrong with my phone and that I would need to purchase a NEW phone. I told him that he doesn't even have the charger plugged into the electrical socket. Then he said "Oh oh" and plugged it in. My phone THEN started charging. The other guy then came over and tried to tell me that my phone is STILL damaged and that it will not stay charged and that I needed to buy NEW one and that they have these new promotions where I can get a new phone for a certain price. I'm like, "Why would I get a new phone when this one is clearly not damaged and it just needed a new charger cord?". So I proceeded to buy a new charger. After I purchased my charger, they still proceeded to tell me to come back and buy a new phone because my phone is damaged and would not stay charged. Had I not looked down and saw that the charger was NOT plugged into the socket, I would have been scammed into buying a new phone under the impression that my old phone was damaged(mind you, that I had just purchased my phone about a
year ago). These two guys were literally trying to scam me into purchasing a new phone and no telling how many people they are lying to saying that their phones are damaged. Wow unbelievable!
*FYI, the new charger charged my old phone just fine and my phone is working just fine

Please don’t go to this place , they made fun of us. I went there to transfers 4 lines with metro, I gave to the sales representative Danny, my 4 pin transfers, he told me that everything was fine. But later he said that one of my devices was blocked for metro , so my husband asked to Danny for the deal , one I phone 12 for $100 dollars if you transfer with them, Danny say he wasn’t be able to do it, because I was already customer of metro, I asked him how if I was transferring today in the moment ??? I am not customer of metro , and you already said that one of the devices if blocked ? I thought they were been nice to me , I have manners, I was so friendly with them, , even when the manager arrived there , I told him danny was the best , I had no idea danny and his parnert were making fun about me and my family, when I got home and I log in to my account, my surprise was they had charged for 5 lines instead of 4, I came back to the store and asked them , they were no longer friendly, they were very rude, they talked to me like I am ignorant. They said , if I want they remove the fifth line , I have to comeback again in one month, oh my God ! , I can’t believe this , they deceived me , I could not understand why they charged for 5 lines , if they said one line was blocked , and why they don’t want gave me the deal If I was a new customer transfering with them? , for people like that many customers are changing metro to different companies.

Diana is a professional lady behind the counter. She helped me with all of my questions without hesitation. This young lady is very polite and likes to attend costumer needs. 5 stars for her. Thanks Diana!

Yesterday I went to buy a new cell. The lady at the counter was very unprofessional and unpolite. Never understood what I wanted to tell her. But she wanted I understood her and want me to go to another store that is several miles away where she works to buy a stuff I supposed to get for free for my plan. Very unpleasant to be there.Zero stars for such lady.

I signed in, but they served other customers in front of me. Then they continued to serve more customers in front of me. They didn't even notice what they were doing - because they didn't look up, or they just didn't like me because of my skin color. This is the 3rd time they did this. This store has few Black representatives, and they mistreat Black customers. Metro is pure incompetence. I hate them and encourage you to use another phone company.

I cane to pay my phone bill, the sign says that the store opens up at 10am but the store was not open.. so I knocked on the window to see what's going on, a Hispanic female came from the back with a bad attitude saying what do you want... so I let that rudeness slide, I asked so what time will the store be open for she like I don't know maybe in 15 ministers we not open you just gotta wait... horrible service every time I go there, they never greet you, so metro won't have to worry about my business number
