I got Samsung Galaxy A23 but it give me a lot of problems because Samsung want to Force ME to have an account with them and I don't want it. I talked to a Girl Name Elizabeth in Costa Rica. And She Said because of the problem that I was having I didn't have to pay for a new phone and no activation fee even though I was an old customer. She said to wait 2 Weeks and They were going to send my an email with different kind of phone to see what I like and They were going to send the new phone to me. And keep the old one. I didn't Care if I give them the old one. Now I called to see what happened and the new Gentleman that I talked to said that I can't get the New one.I like their service but they want to sell me an other phone. I'm going to start to look for an other phone provider because I din't like the way they talked to me. I have been a loyal Customer with Them.
