Great service to fix my voicemails not showing up. Quick, easy and problem solved. No long lines so had good timing. Clean, attentive staff and bilingual in Spanish and English. Definitely recommend this place.

I went there this morning trying to pay my phone. As soon as I walked in I said Good Morning in English. There was an Asian man standing at the register. He replied Buenos días (Good Morning In Spanish).so then I proceeded to speak Spanish to him, since he was speaking Spanish to me.he asked me why I was there I I told him I was going to pay my cell phone. I gave him my phone number and he said son $121 dólares (it’s $121 dollars). I asked him why so much since the month prior I had canceled the insurance on my daughters cell phone.He rudely said señora yo nadamas le estoy diciendo el total yo no se nadamas si quiere pagar bueno y si no mimoso (lady i am just telling you how much you have to pay if I’d want to pay ,I don’t know, if you want to pay good if not then too bad). Then I said ok I will pay $100 in cash and the rest on my card and handed him the money. He said “señora nadamas me dio $100 dólares” ( he said lady you only gave me $100 dollars). Again he was giving me attitude. I said señor yo le dije que le iba a pagar $100 en efectivo y lo demás lo iba a poner en mi tarjeta ( I said sir I was going to pay $100 dollars cash and pay the rest with my card). I said le dijo que le iba a pagar $100 en efectivo y lo demás en mi tarjeta no se si no me escucho ( I told you I was going to pay $100cash and the rest on y card I don’t k ow if you didn’t hear me). He just asked me to punch in my pin with his attitude and as soon as he gave me my receipt I was ready to leave because he had been so rude To me Throughout the transaction. He handed me my card and receipt, I said Thank you. Before I walked out he was telling me about a promotion where if I had a bad phone that they would give me a new phone at very little cost to me. I let him say what ever he wanted then he said you should come back to get the phone with them. All I could think was No!!! Never coming back to your Store such bad Customer Service!! Super Rude!!
