Well recommended! Came to him with a coolant leak issue and he quickly found the leak in no less then 10mins. Replaced the damaged hose, car is good as new! Thank you for having patience with the client (Myself) and efficiency in quickly finding the issue.

Never use this place!! They are terrible! I was charged 2 times for what they thought might be wrong. They even took my mercedes to the dealer and charged me for the free updates and recall work that the dealer did. And that is fraud!! After 2 weeks of them having my car now my car is at the MB dealership because nothing got repaired and thats how i found out they took my car to the dealership and Oscar denied it. Be VERY careful with these guys.Services: Electrical

Asked for unnecessary document , told me we will meet by 12:30 pm for electric problem on Mercedes e350, I called him and didn’t call me back , plays to much with your time . Not recommended.

My experience with Mercedes and BMW IN Torrance was great. The advisor Steve was very professional and had my car ready on time. Much better experience than McKenna BMW in Downey!!!

This will be my “go to” mechanic from now on. I have a bmw and was having trouble getting my “service engine soon” light off. Took it to Nico and he had it figured out and off in a few hours. In addition he’s super friendly and honest. He worked with me as far as prioritizing what problems to tackle first. He doesn’t charge a lot and will go the extra mile. Plus he stays open late which is huge for me cuz I don’t do anything early!Services: Battery service

We flew in to LAX on a Saturday afternoon and on picking up our Mercedes GLK350, found one of the front headlights had burned out. We contacted this business late on Saturday, they agreed to meet us on Sunday, assessed what was needed and had the part and installed it Monday. They kept in touch with us via text and phone calls with status updates and the cost was extremely reasonable. Would definitely recommend these guys and would use them for any future uses we might have.

Nico is the best mechanic around highly skilled mechanic and very knowledgeable in all kinds of automotive brands disregarding the bad reviews alot of people are super irresponsible and they don't have no knowledge in how long it takes to fix a car there for most bad ratings are all people with bad attitude and super horrible maners , the truth is that this mechanic is super good he fixed my car and its now running better then it used to and I can recommend him to anyone there's much more happy people with hes work then the ones that are complaining ?? probably don't know much about cars and they want there car to be fixed in 1 day or 2 days witch it makes no sense if you know about cars it takes a long time to fix them either way im super happy with nicos work and hes the best mechanic around alot others want to charge you alot more money then what it should be and this guy is super honest hes a five star ? ⭐ ? ? ✡ mechanic

Big thanks to Nick for working on my Benz c230. He serviced it and then I went back a second time for him to replace my seat adjustment switch/controller.Nice guy, can be trusted, and offers his services for a fair price. I highly recommend you bring your business to Nick! I will be returning to him for future work on my vehicle.

Horrible customer service experience. The man who answered my call was very short and rude. I tried to ask him questions as far as the service needed and a quote of the price and he hung up on me I had to call back just for him to tell me he doesn’t know any details as far as what I need. It didn’t make sense to me. Having a little patience and knowledge for people in help or who don’t know much about cars would really help.(Reply) When I spoke to whoever; they assumed I had an “attitude”. Why would that be if I’m asking for help and information? The people at Jiffy Lube couldn’t do my transmission fluids because they’re policy doesn’t allow them to work on German cars. I came in contact with someone who didn’t want to help me based on what they believed to be about me. Rather then mention a attitude that never existed; you have the right to refuse service but you never gave me a chance. I’m not from Los Angeles and I’m aware the people here don’t know how to speak with much courtesy but as a Customer Service rep of your business, you should set the tone. I just wanted to know if you supplied transmission fluids.

Do not trust this shop to do any inspection work . I requested a pre-purchase inspection from Nick or " Juan" to go check a $30,000 BMW. After I got the clearance from Nick/Juan that " the car is good, just needs $250 for roof repair " I went ahead and got the car. Next day, I see the cars rear airbags are all deflated and have many error codes in the dash board, faulty sensors and lights and dents that's was not reported. The car is at a mechanic and it needs $3000 in repairs. I feel like the dealership paid Nick to have the car sold. I asked Nick for my $188 back for this wack inspection. For someone that would do that, I won't trust them for nothing. Refund me already
