The customer service is absolutely horrible. Don't bother about them contacting you. They will annoyed if you try contacting them with queries about your vehicle. Repair work was fine but if you are paying that much, why is it so hard to provide updates. Not worth the time and money.

Their work was pretty good. I had to come back for one thing to get fixed, and they made it easy. Their communication was not good. They *never* called me over the 7 week period that my car was in the shop, even though I asked them repeatedly (because I had to keep working with the insurance company to extend my rental coverage!), except on the day my car was ready for pick-up.

Marina Auto Body on Glasgow made my front bumper repair experience incredibly easy. Juan was great and handled a lot of communication between my own insurance company and the responsible parties, notifying me of any updates and the schedule of my car's repair as it was happening. When I picked up my car they had cleaned the inside, almost detailed I would say, which was an incredibly pleasant surprise. Would definitely come again, but hopefully I don't have to!

Marina Auto Body did an amazing job with my car. They fixed up my car so well that it doesn’t look like any damages occurred. The service and professionalism is top notch. They made sure to keep me updated with repairs and give me an accurate ETA. I retrieved my car a few days early which was a surprise to me which indicates they work fast and efficiently. I would recommend Marina Auto Body to anyone. They do an above and beyond job with the utmost trust, care and professionalism in mind.

My experience at Marina Auto Body-LAX was absolutely wonderful. From the first moment they received my vehicle (which arrived to their facility on the business end of a tow vehicle), the customer service was top flight. My vehicle took some time and considerable effort to complete correctly, and throughout the process I felt like a highly valued customer. Huge kudos to Jose the expert craftsman, the Guys in Paint, the Detail Crew, Marlene with billing, Tony and Norm as Project Managers and Shop Foremen, and of course the Captain of the Ship, Mr. Williamson. I took my car in on Oct. 9th 2023 for repairs. I was told it would be ready in nine business days. It was ready two days early and I was given updates on a daily basis. Elmer was very professional.Great service ? ?at the LAX location.
