I had a great stay at the LAX Suites in downtown Los Angeles. The staff was attentive, friendly, and accommodating. My room was clean, furnished, and the bathrooms were clean and stocked with fresh soaps and conditioners. The room also came with free coffee. Not the fanciest hotel, but also not the most expensive. Older hotel, but the staff is nice and its a great location.

it was ok, a place to stay for cheaper - but couldn't get the wifi to work and therefore - the pixels on the TV was so bizzare, couldn't see most of the shows. would not have felt safe going out during the night - or the day, as far as that goes. Pool is still closed due to covid

Priceline keeps booking this hotel that does not even take in town residents of the state. The bad reviews are enough to make it acceptable that they will not take my ID to complete the reservation. The place does look bit creepy and very outdated on the outside, the lobby is a matchbox !

This was such a bad experience ?. I wish I would have saved my money and slept at the airport. I booked this horrible motel because I wanted to sleep for a few hours and get a shuttle... Lies... there is no shuttle service. I had to uber from airport. Trust me pay the extra money for a decent

Worst motel I ever visited, not at all like highrise skyscraper pics in its advertising. Very small stuffy rooms with old furnishings. ???Absolutely no room service, no breakfast, no diner, and in a dilapidated areaNo bus service from the airport, like most all the other major hotels with the airport.Waited all night until 1am and no pick up service from the airport. Was basically completely stranded, when reservations were made well in advance of my arrival. And the rooms are very smelly of cat urine.Never again, and not recommended at all.

I stayed here in December and loved it! The staff are so friendly it really made my stay great. It's definitely an older hotel and has older hotel problems, but you can't beat the price. It was the cheapest room I found in LA so I really wasn't expecting anything. They truly don't have much in amenities; they don't even offer breakfast. Our room had a mini fridge and a microwave though so we got some groceries and had cheap breakfasts in the room. They're also walking distance from some restaurants so it's easy to get food. They're close to the airport and highways so it was very convenient to get around. We rented a car, but they're also walking distance from a free shuttle pickup. The room was clean and had everything we needed. What I was looking for was a cheap, adequate room and I absolutely got that. What brings it up above average for me really is the staff. They were so friendly when we checked in and out. We had one issue with our room that we needed resolved and they handled it very quickly and were so nice! I really enjoyed staying here, but don't book it of you're someone who has a lot of expectations for amenities, etc.

Convenient location if you're going to the airport. But for the quality and condition of the room, definitely overpriced. And the check-in process is antiquated. The receptionist was extremely slow and lethargic. It took well over 20 minutes to check in. The room wasn't in a great condition either. A little in disrepair and unsightly. Although the bed was in good condition as a consolation.

???????????HORRIBLE SERVICE?These people will question you for everything before they check you in.my roommate was not with me at the time of check-in and for that reason they did not let me register.even thougheverything was under my name. I don't understand why my roommate had to be present to register.they have this rule if you live within 50 miles of the hotel you cannot stay there. This could've been easier if this was specified on the website i made the reservation. booking.com tried to assist but they ended up sending me on a hunt for a decent hotel after almost five hours of driving around I was hable to find one at Studio 6 .If you want something decent and at a good price Studio 6 is where you want to stay.

I had several problems when checking in at the Hotel that even after confirming a reservation made by Booking did not let me into the room and canceled the reservation at 2 am on March 5th. A total disengagement. However, on the same day, the reception took all my data, including my card data. They are defrauding my card and I will sue the company for all damages caused and for misuse of my bank details collected by them. Be careful with this Hotel and with all the information they collect. I demand answers mainly for this charge made to my card practically 3 weeks after everything happened.

This place was one of the most affordable ones I could find for Superbowl weekend. Never been to LA before. Staff was helpful and willing to answer any questions. Rooms were decent and it was interesting to see a kitchen in a hotel room. Never seen that before. A few minutes walk from the Metro station (which is way cheaper than Uber/Lyft rides). The only complaint I had was the AC was slow to start and was noisy. Not ideal if you like to sleep in a cool, quiet room at night.

Lax Suites has discriminatory policy that is not listed on any of the web sites were they advertise. My reservation was canceled upon arrival leaving me without a room. The policy is posted in the lobby however if you are unaware you can be left out in the cold. The is indicative of the management style of running the place lots of rules and regulation good luck with your stay

Reserved on Priceline. Arrived. Older Asian woman wouldn't let me stay. Wanted to see my girlfriend. Weird policy about not allowing people living within 50 miles to stay there. My girlfriend and I had to call Priceline. She wouldn't budge. My girlfriend and I needed to use the restroom badly. We had to drive 40 miles away to find a hotel at the same rate. Worst experience ever.

I booked a room for one night. Needed to be close to LAX for an early morning flight to go back home. Despite having a room booked via website, the front desk refused service to me. Her reasoning was that I live within 15 miles of the airport (I still have California ID because I haven't been able to update yet). I tried to explain I don't live here anymore but she just kept yelling at me. Maybe she discriminated against me because of my name. Maybe discriminated me because I had a baby with me. Maybe she saw my wife and didn't like her race. I don't know because her reasoning made no sense to me. I asked to speak to a manager and she refused. They have a giant sign above the front desk that says Management is allowed to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Stay away from this place. Terrible people.
