Great work ethic first. Second- Ladies we don't need our husbands for this one because he's not trying to become rich on your car service... tires and brakes to be specific. It's my second time here and I was given the best prices ever. Eli is a trustworthy person and highly recommend his business

BUYER BEWARE!!!! STAY AWAYI'm writing this review with a heavy dose of disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with LAX Auto Spa. Their service was far below acceptable standards and has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth that no business should ever inflict on its customers.We entrusted LAX Auto Spa with our trailer for a wrapping job, expecting, as any customer would, a professional, efficient, and straightforward service. What we received was a lesson in how not to run a business. The agreed-upon deadlines were consistently missed, with one delay after another, and no valid reasons provided for the hold-ups. This was not a case of unforeseen circumstances; it was a glaring display of poor management and an utter lack of respect for customer time.Communication was another area where LAX Auto Spa spectacularly failed. After shrugging off our trailer, they left us in a communication black hole. Updates were minimal, vague, and far between. We were left in the dark, scratching our heads in bewilderment, wondering what was going on with the job we had paid for.Now, to add insult to injury, our deposit and trailer are being held hostage, a situation that has disrupted our business operation and is costing us thousands of dollars. The audacity of this move is shocking and shows a blatant disregard for the integrity and basic principles of professional conduct.While the price we were quoted may have seemed fair, the overall experience was anything but. The level of unprofessionalism displayed by LAX Auto Spa is inexcusable, especially in a business-to-business context.In summary, I cannot stress enough how strongly I discourage anyone from using LAX Auto Spa's services. There are plenty of other, more reputable and reliable businesses out there. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Where do I even start?! Eli and his team are AMAZING! I got into an accident and was really down about how my car looked (it could've been much worse that it was) I had called a number of shops left messages the whole nine. at this point I was over the whole process and then I get a call back from Eli. When I tell you Eli is amazing I cant say it enough. not only did he fix the damage from the accident, but he wrapped my car my dream color in no time. Not only do they do wrapping and body work but they basically evvvvvvverything!! this is my now my go to spot for everything. next im getting my wheels and my radio upgraded.Thank you for everything Eli!

I had a flat tire and it was late in the evening. Most tire shops were closed but LAX Auto Spa said they were open til 8PM and could take my car in immediately. Eli was quick and efficient! Patched my tire up and got me back on the road within 20 minute. Will definitely be back for future oil changes and rotations.

My tire blew out on 405 and they fixed it right away, no notice, super quick! Really appreciate the service and customer care. I will be back for new rims!
