I have been coming to Judy and Armando to file my taxes and get any notary done for the past 10+ years. I highly recommend and will continue to recommend this place to others! They are an amazing small family business that really cares about their clients and tries to help all in anyway they can. I felt the need to write a review because they truly deserve 5 stars and since the majority of their clients are older and aren’t online per se, I don’t want those negative reviews to affect how people see this amazing company. In addition, both Judy and Armando are extremely knowledgeable and are always up to date on all the tax codes and laws; thankful to have such trustworthy tax preparers that I can always rely on.

(Translated by Google) Lie to you about your refund and take your money. I had a $1000 refund but they wrote on a separate piece of paper 2 different options less than what I was owed. They have hidden fees they charge and still make you pay a separate $160 fee. Something is not right here. They also don't take care of your personal information. I was given a piece of scratch paper and on the back was someone's name and social security number. I don't trust my information here. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!!They charge an additional payment and do not return the amount that I should receive. They have to verify on their 1040 sheet the amount they are owed. Do not let them write on a piece of paper by hand 2 options of what they want to give you. They will charge you for other things without telling you. This is robbery!!! They gave me a piece of paper and on the back was the social number and name of another person who did their taxes there. They don't take care of your information!!! Don't trust these people. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITHOUT FIRST SEEING YOUR TAXES AND THE AMOUNT THE GOVERNMENT OWES YOU.(Original)Lie to you about your refund and take your money. A mi me dieron un papel y atraz estaba el numero social y nombre de otra persona que hizo sus impuestos alli. No cuidan su informacion!!! No confien en estas personas. NO FIRMEN NADA SIN PRIMERO VER SUS IMPUESTOS Y LA CANTIDAD QUE LE DEBE EL GOBIERNO.

They charge 3 different amounts depending how fast you want your money but when you look on the very last page of your package it show u what they are getting paid when I question what the the up front money was Jody say it's if you want a copy of your documents but yet that same money is for how fast u want to receive your money LIES LIES I do not recommend this place to anyone anymore I referred 6 people and they all stop going because I ask them too

They charged me $160 upfront and still took money from my refund without telling me. They will write 2 options on a sheet of paper with your "refund" options. Don't trust them! On the back of the paper was someone's social security information and full name. They do not protect your personal information!! If they do this to you report them to the IRS.

Honestly best income tax service i've ever used. Judy took her time to explain everything to me in terms I could understand and really helped me out. They are a family business and I really love that about this place. Highly recommended this place to everyone!

Been coming here since 2015 and very disappointed with the service this year. They decided this year they want to charge $160 to file taxes when ever other year it's been under $100, when asked why they simply said it was because I was "filing late", mind you the deadline is July 15. I just personally think it's very selfish of them since we are in the middle of a pandemic and alot of people are struggling including myself to make ends meet. Will not be returning next year and I encourage everyone to file on your own or else where (turbo tax). Turbo tax also saves your information from the previous year which you have access to at any time and at no cost, makes filing much easier. Which is another problem I had with this business.. I called them to ask for my AGI from the previous year to file my own but as soon as the lady realized I won't be filing with them she simply said she did not have time to look into my file, and it would cost $10 for a copy when I've gotten it before from them at no cost. Ridiculous.. in the end it was a hassle so I ended up filing anyways since they have all my information from previous years but i will be prepared the upcoming year and take my business elsewhere.

Judy's income tax is a SCAM !! Did my taxes here and realized she took approximately $240-$250 dollars out of my tax return I was supposed to get back. See she doesn't tell you, she hides it in your tax forms but I felt something was wrong took the forms to another certified tax maker and confirmed that indeed she had taken money from My tax return to pay fees with a Santa Barbara bank. I returned to Judy and had a not so pleasant argument over what she had done, she only kept beating around the bush and her upper lip shook rapidly , when I told her I was reporting her to the IRS for illegally taking my money !! She opened her drawer and payed me back the amount in cash . Needless to say please I already had a bad experience if this can help someone and prevent from getting robbed from your own money turn around and go somewhere else SHE IS A SCAM !! The entire place is a SCAM !!

For the past 3 years I have been doing my taxes at Judy's Income Tax, Judy and Jenny made the process so easy, I only had to come in once, the rest of the process was over email and over the phone. They're very responsive, always respond to emails and texts within a couple hours and pick up phone calls immediately. They're a very friendly and warm and made me feel like family. Jenny even Notarized paperwork for me. They do it all! Highly recommend this place!

This review is long overdue but here it goes, I paid for the income tax service and when I received the amount on my account, things weren't matching up with what she had on her books and she took approximately $250 from MY income tax for her services that she performed when I had already paid her in cash. If you've had the displeasure of doing your taxes here please make sure you double check everything because what she did is illegal. I'm sure this isn't the first time she's done this. It's pretty clear she does this to all the illegal immigrants that come through here , I'm wondering how much money she has taken from people. Don't even get me started on the places she rents out that are in awful living conditions, it's just an easy way for her to make money. Just spilling some tea here.

My Husband and I have been going to Judy's place of business for over 6 Years, Getting your taxes done at Judys is affordable Their trust worthy if you haven't filed your taxes a year or so they can help you and give you the best options of forms to fill out to file taxes, my husband and I will never go to a Liberty Tax or H&R Block we live in Orange County and we travel to Inglewwod you want your taxes filed right go to Judys Income Tax you will not regret it trust me.

I've been doing my taxes since I started working and I have to say it's been simply amazing! Everyone is very knowledgeable about the different forms and the simplicity of filing with them is a breeze. They work hard to find you every penny you're owed and they'll make sure you're 100% satisfied before transmitting the forms. I will keep coming back to do my taxes with her because she gets me and my family the maximum tax return at a very reasonable price! 100% recommend!
