“Very professional, with a high degree of knowledge and explanation of the services to be provided. Took a necklace for repair, and was informed exactly what I needed and created a plan for future maintenance. They have a digital microscope which allows them to show you the fine details of the work required for your repair. They use the appropriate karet for the gold you bring. My repair was done in a timely fashion and was cleaned and looks amazing. Very reasonable prices, for the work provided. I will also be bringing a ring to add gold the the underside due to excessive wear. They are allowing me to bring scrap gold to add to the ring and will only be charging for the labor required. Having previously had my work done at the swap meet I am now a new loyal customer. They have a small selection of jewelry pieces for sale and it's my understanding they can get any design you would like. They also do special custom pieces.
