The owner was closing and still allowed me to order. Then I had the nerve to be indecisive lol. He was so kind and the ice cream and cake was GREAT. I hadn't been back since they firsy opened and was so happy to see they were still up and running. I can't wait to try something else!

Stopped off here after a sad LA Rams loss. Great comfort dessert with delicious ice cream and a cake sandwich. Highly recommend whether the Rams win or lose. Stop off on the way home and talk about the game with the very friendly owner.

I really love ice cream!! My friend and I came here for dessert and we both ordered sundae's. The owner was very nice and gave us some good flavor recommendations. The inside was nice and clean and even behind the counter looked clean. He had a few basic flavors and a few not so basic. Over all, my sundae was good and because of the service I will be back!

We had An absolutely amazing experience! Jay's customer service was top notch. He was very welcoming and friendly. The ice cream I can eat all day. The Jive with the lemon cake delicious! Also we had a vanilla sundae with bananas, caramel, and walnuts in a waffle bowl. To die for! I would strongly recommend Jamz Creamery! We will definitely be back! Thank you for the experience!

I am so disappointed with this place. I found out about this place from the HBO show "Insecure", and I used to love coming here to get a delicious ice cream sundae, a fusion, and amongst other things. Lately, I've been using other carrier services and ordering it that way. And, for the past few orders it's been either one item terribly packaged, a missing item, a whole other order and even a moment I set an order in place with my DoorDasher calling to tell me that no one was inside the shop. And still, I continued to keep ordering from here. Well, today was another disappointment because I received my fusion terribly packaged in a way that it's hazardous-- spilt out with straw stuck inside of it still wrapped. I called the creamery immediately. Once I got a hold of someone, I voiced out my concerns about this poorly packaged item and later received a nonchalant response. The sir blamed the gentleman who delivered because this is the first that they ever received a notice about an item being poorly packaged. I stated that I received a paragraph message from my deliverer telling me he got it that way from shop and take it as is. I'm sorry, but the shake should've been in a cup holder and not just in a paper bag with a straw stuck inside of it, with wrapper still on. I am immensely disappointed with it resulting to this, because the ice cream is delicious, but I am left no choice but to end ties with ordering from here again. The whole interaction was distasteful and little to no care about how hazardous the fusion was received. Terrible.

I get why it's called "creamery" it's so smooth and closer to the texture of gelato. The flavors are subtle with the root of vanilla. They were hosting an event at the time so I couldn't go inside but the owner met with me and was very nice! Cute outdoor seating, conveniently located, and tasty.

Nice local ice cream shop in downtown Inglewood. Very welcoming and spacious seating. Had a nice Black Walnut milkshake here, and that is a rare flavor to get. Service was extremely friendly.

Heading to Kia Forum for Janet Jackson, we found this gem ice cream shop! Gimme all the ice cream and cool music in a whimsical shop! I'm living for this! The owner was fun and friendly! The ice cream treats are delish! Jams on the video screens playing Beyonce and so many other jams. Easy parking and easy to find!! I give 5 stars for happiness . We will come back for sure!!

I definitely recommend this place!!! Great customer service! This strawberry milkshake is so delicious! Wowwww !!!! So good and it was 10$ ! Worth those 10$!!!!
