Was looking for a nice camera that was fairly priced. They had just what I needed. So glad I stopped in. I have never pawned anything here but saw a customer who was extremely happy with what they gave them for a necklace while I was there, so that’s nice to see.

Overall, bad customer service Arab lady is very rude and unprofessional. Definitely, last time I stepped foot in their place and spent my money

Patty is always so helpful, very knowledgable about gold, diamond items. Whenever I need jewelry, I always just come to her. Ask for Patty for your next purchase, she will provide the best customer service as well as provide the best prices!

The management at this pawn shop is horrible. I come in the person handling my transaction is actively on the phone and not giving me their full attention. They misplaced my headphones. I understand accidents happens, however not taking responsibility and not apologizing is unacceptable. Instead of apologizing the owner of the shop banned me while I still have items in their possession. I suggest people give their money to another pawn shop. They don’t care about their customers. Luckily I had my ticket to prove they had my item if not it would have been lost. The only person with any respect and customer service is Miguel. He honestly made the mistaken and I’m fine with the mistake. However instead of apologizing the manager tried to throw Miguel under the bus. I refuse to do business with people who don’t care about their employees or customers.Edit: After speaking with a legal professional. I was advised to sue. The owner banned me from the store after they made a mistake. Instead fixing a mistake they admitted to making I get banned while they have multiple items of mine. If you or any employees under you make a mistake take responsibility instead of just banning people.

Can't tell you what a great! Pawn Shop this place is, be patient, what you're looking for will come through there eventually, the cool Mexican bald guy with glasses is THE BEST!, been dealing with him for years, I've bought TV's, Ipad, speakers, airfryer etc... Great Prices... Check Them Out... Great Location...???

I haven’t left many bad reviews but alex the man with the comb over left a bad taste in my mouth. I never had someone be so nasty with me while they were on the clock unprovoked. Very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional.

Patty was so nice, she assisted me pretty well and, I was carrying some few jewelries and was just walking around holding it, and she was worried. She cares, she's also very knowledgeable with everything I had and provided me a fair amount for the value of my jewelries. Please continue spreading the act of kindness, being nice and keep up the good work. She deserves a raise and bonuses. God Bless!

I love this place they always work with you and never cheat you out of anything. Staff very professional and friendly to all people also will be willing to work with you. This place is a safe for items or if you would like to sell your items they won’t cheat you out of what you ask for. Best worker here is patty she gives no problem and will work with you and is proudly willing to help a customer out I highly recommend this pawn shop for all needs and or finds.
