I agree with most comments on this location, I’ve been trying to get my package because it completely skipped not only my apartment but my state and is available for pick up in California?! Which I don’t live there… when I called I got nothing but attitude and the lady made me feel stupid for asking my package to be sent back. She put me on my hold for over 30 mins and never picked up when I tried to call again I was hung up on 4 times during business hours? still trying to get my package back and it shouldn’t be this hard when I am the owner.

just a really sad situation all around. i’m not going to name call employees because it’s not them who decided to only keep this place open 4 hours a day and staff it with only one older woman. i got there 10 minutes after opening, waited for an hour. and there were still 5 or so people before me that probably waited for longer. the guy before me cussed out the lady and she was so flustered that she probably wasn’t on her A game for the rest of the day. after an hour waiting she told me she couldn’t do anything about my missing package and that i had to file a claim online. even if she was lying, i didn’t blame her. there were 10 more people behind me. USPS needs more funding or something because this is a really miserable situation for everyone involved.

I can see why this PO has a 1.6 rating. I went there to try to get some money orders cashed and the dim-wit of a clerk, who presented himself all disheveled glanced at my money orders and immediately stated he coulldn't cash them. The idiot didn't even know the $ amount. Pathetic worker and he is part of the federal service, wow...that explains a lot. I didn't catch him name, but he was working from the far right clerk desk.

The last time my mail went through them it got sent back across over seas and another two weeks held when they got it the second time. Now this shipment has been sitting there since the 14th and hasn’t made it to usps. Crazy.

After an exhaustive process due to forwarded mail not being delivered, I saw and spoke directly to Manzy Clay the POSTMASTER for Inglewood. Christian the manager/supervisor for the Inglewood Carrier Annex 4201 Imperial Hwy., Inglewood, CA 90304 and Manzy Clay the post master both looked me in the eye and directly told me "we will call you". The issue is over 180 missing pieces of Mail for a company that relies on mail from customers to pay invoices. The invoices then translate into income and thats how small business pay their employees. USPS specifically Hillcrest USPS and Inglewood Annex have been unable to1. follow USPS protocols for missing mail2. call back and respond to me, as the customer as assured3. find missing mail despite every postal worker i have spoken to assuring me it's in the back (in what the describe as a disorganized mess) of the Hillcrest Post office4. respond in any human, concerned and or compassionate way to a local business that is struggling due to USPS inability to manage forwarded mail at the Hillcrest/Inglewood annex locations.Its very sad to see such disengaged, unmotivated, employees of the USPS at the two locations, provide inaccurate information, contradictory information and be unable to have the assertive communication skills and EQ to call customers/ respond to issues/ help a customer they serve with the USPS missing mail or stolen? not sure which, mail issues.

they closed the lines for phone customer service before than 3pm ... girl representative made me explain the whole situation and for laziness hang up and never answer me the phone again....
