After my car was totaled in an accident i've been relying on rental vehicles to get me around. I've frequented this location since December 2023 and they always have vehicles available and at good rates. Ruth has been my girl, she's so helpful and assures you are satisfied before driving off--she gets 5 stars. The location is perfect because it's not congested with traffic but it is near the airport so expect for tourists to also be there. They have a small team but they work together to get you in and out, so be patient with them. My mom's car was in the shop for a week and she rented a car and was pleased. Would definitely recommend this location to family and friends.

Not only did they not have the car but I wasn't able to get a replacement. First and last. I'd suggest to use the app Turo.

Hertz charged me $42 more than my agreed to price. Impossible to reach a rep by telephone. Eventually did by email. They said to discuss upon return. Upon return they simply said too bad and wouldn't explain why the price was higher than agreed to. No additional charges were incurred for anything, they just charged more than I was quoted and agreed to. I have the emails and screenshots.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff is inept, tardy, and contradictory. Truly can't believe this place gets customers. Avoid this location at all costs, it'll save you a lot of money and grief.

I wish I could give this location negative stars, the manager John Sanchez was just awful, and to be hung up on multiple times because you don’t want to speak to me about an on going issue is just unprofessional and not something I ever want to deal with again. If you have to rent a car and you are thinking about going through Hertz, avoid this location like the plague.

Great customer service! We booked the manager’s special and ended up with an EV car. After driving it for an hour and having trouble figuring out how to locate an efficient charger we called to see if we could exchange the vehicle. They swapped out the EV for a fuel powered vehicle without issues. Even though we came in towards the end of their (seemed like a long) work day. We interacted with 3 different employees and they were all pleasant and understanding.

Friendly and helpful, but only one car was available due to late pickup pick up. The car I got had a faulty visor too, so I got a replacement. However, the second car, a brand new Chevy bolt, was great at only $300 for two weeks!

Never again. I've never experienced this type of rental experience before. These people had us sitting and waiting until they called us up to be helped. There was literally one person working, he was doing everything, including escorting each customer to the vehicle and taking his time outside with them. The employees work with no sense of urgency. This place needs to be closed down, it serves no purpose of being here. I could've went to the airport to rent and been in and out. There is one lady that's been waiting for 2 hours, supposedly they didn't have cars available. I wish that when we checked in, we were told that we might have to wait or that there is no cars available. I'm upset because at this point my day has to be planned around sitting here waiting just to see if I'm even going to get a car that I reserved. The worst part is I have to wait, because to rebook somewhere else will cost me double, since its last minute. I would take pictures, but I don't want to violate anyone's privacy. I do plan on reaching out to the corporate office, because this hertz location is giving hertz a bad name. I'm still waiting and now the lights just went off. This feels like I'm at one of those off brand places. The manager here isn't doing well, she's literally doing everything but getting us out of here. Smh! Three hours later, still no car. I finally got a car at 4:37pm, my nerves are shot. Sidenote: The manager was really nice, calm and collected, considering all things.

This rental corporation is a joke, chalked with corrupt, heartless employees with no regard for human life. I'd soon rent a car from Lucifer himself before I would with this company. Did me so dirty. I mean dirty. Emergency surgery and hospitalization prevented from returning the rental on time. Although, I called CS and said to come pick up the car going into surgery , that wasn't done. So blindly, morphine for 13 days pass while in hospital fighting for my life and they finally pick it up...but wait charged me $9000.00!!!! Then tried for another $895.00 which at first was thought was a reduction because I had submitted my hospital discharge (violating my Hippa rights). Ti show proof I couldn't return it. So that payment folds and they put me on the DNR!!!!!! Denied my request for the reduction for the weeks it sat unused. I appealed and denied again. Unfortunately my Navy Federal Account was closed :( and with hospital bills in the 100,000.00 and Hertz shady ass practices had created economic hardship for my daily existence. Hertz Global Holdings annual revenue for 2022 was $8.685B, a 18.39% increase from 2021. So you think that shaving off the unjustified fees during the time I was in the hospital for an EMERGENCY SURGERY UNABLE TO HAVE THE ABLITY TO BRING YOUR CAR BACK is going to dent the bottom line...I think not. The fact of the matter I asked for a reduction in the bill for what was out it my control with the capability to post return. Wait next time now I know to first return a car then go to hospital for emergency surgery. Thanks for the lesson Hertz Corporation you are the best! -

I rented a vehicle here today and the process was fast and efficient. Unfortunately, many customers give bad ratings because they're not prepared to rent a vehicle i.e. proper license, insurance, credit card (trying to use a debit card). So be prepared and your process will be painless. Thank you Hertz Rental Car, in Inglewood CA. I'll do business here again.
