Hair is not the priority here. This facility is operated by retired folks who really don't have time to install locks. They assessed my hair for length and gave me the price according to length. Once the process of locking began there were many inturuptions my head was being pulled and tugged by 1 loctician and my hair was chopped off uneven in the back of my head. I am so very disappointed in the way my Locs turned out for the amount of money that I paid. I would not advise anyone to get their locks done at this facility. The owner wanted to correct the many different sized locks but I just said forget it. I have different lengths of hair all around and different sized locks. I went in all even and 1 length. ☹????

It takes a long time to get a call back. Becauss of that I never used their services.
