Great affordable place to stay near the Kia Forum and SoFi. It's our regular spot when going to LA for shows.

Do not come here, rooms are small, roaches are crawling everywhere. And on top of that they complain if you leave trash like isn't that why you have house keeping for and isn't that why I pay ? Also they don't answer the bell in the morning and your left with no deposit. Alot of suspicious activity going around here.

Good enough for just 1 night stay. Closer to LAX airport. A bit run down. Broken mirror and tiles. It has microwave and Fridge.

Absolutely worst customer service in the whole world. Management is awful. They will hang up on you If you try and make contact with them.I would recommend staying anywhere else but at this hotel, the front desk is horrible. The hotel manager is the worst! Please stay anywhere, but at this hotel.

Clean. Spacious. Accessible. What else could you wish from a motel for a good night's sleep? Been across country travel and this is by far on the better motels we have been staying on this trip. Love the painting on the sealings and feeling like this has been renovated recently. Close by from Airport has few malls around, plenty options for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Staff were super friendly and check in easy.

Both female and male mangers are rude ! They’ll bang on your door and wake you out of your sleep at 10:50 when check out is at 11.m And they have bed begs but won’t give you back your deposit when u point that out to them. Do not go here. Waste of money and the rooms are raggedy and small.
Rooms: Have bed bugs do not stay !

I just have to write a review as I had a last minute change of plans due to my event being cancelled and they didn't charge me for having to cancel which is so nice and helped me a lot since my flight is non refundable. Definitely will come back to stay next time I visit.

Geneva is cute . It’s bare bones . But it’s cute clean and safe .
I researched a lot of motels in the area - and there are many on this street -then i checked the reviews and this one had no negative ones .
Close to SaMo and the beach - SoFi and Hollywood- Super close to the freeway .
Food is walking distance and delivery very fast .
Run by a very nice family

Decent motel in the area!Stayed here after a concert at the SoFi. The walking distance was 1.8 miles to SoFi and 1.2 miles to the Kia Forum, where both of these venues were located next to each other. Took a Lyft (booked in advance) to the venue for $8 and walked back after. There's free parking for patrons. If you need more parking, there is metered parking on the street that typically go from 8am or 9am until 6pm. I think its free Sundays all day. Just read the posted signs.Check-in was at 2pm and check out by 11am. If you don't check out on time, they will charge you $250. When you check out, there's a drop-off window to drop off your key at the office front entrance. They give you only 1 key, and they pay signs where they only allow 2 guests per room. They have a lot of cameras outside the motel, which was great for security. Looks like owners live on site since they have one big section on the lot alloted for them. And they have 24-hour service. The motel room was pretty clean and spacious. It smelled like chlorine when I walked in, which was great. They did a decent job cleaning everything. The floors were incredibly clean! No carpet - they have laminate flooring. They give you minimal items--2 pieces of soap bars, no extra toilet paper (the roll was half used lol! I asked them for a new roll since it was not enough), and 1 pack of shampoo and 1 pack of lotion (I thought it was instant coffee packs at first; they don't have a coffee maker). They placed the latter 2 by the cups and ice buckets instead of by the soap. They have an ice machine and soda machine outside. If you want other things, there's a 7 eleven next door and a lot of food stores close by.You get 1 set of towels per person and 1 pillow each. There's a table and 2 chairs inside along with 2 nightstands, an older TV with cable, a clothes rack with hangers, and a fridge and microwave. My only complaint was the fridge; it was moldy. I understand they're trying to conserve electricity by unplugging when not in use, but if you unplug the fridge, leave the fridge door open or else mold will grow in there. The AC is old but worked. If they want to conserve electricity, might as well upgrade on the AC units since the newer models conserve more energy.I stayed in a room for the handicap. They have a ramp for wheelchair and a lot of handrails in the bathroom. The shower head was the free kind from the government or schools. That thing made so much noise like an alarm was going off.Overall, I wouldn't mind staying here again.

I seen on Expedia that The Geneva had a room for $72.00 a day. The Lady behind the counter said "No, it's $120.00 a day. I said this was "False Advertising. I showed her this ad. She said once again "$120.00". I said "Good Bye". This place looked Dirty anyway.

Budget motel, we chose it because it is close to Los Angeles airport, 10-15 minutes by car. The room was clean and tidy; the air conditioning was very noisy.
The neighborhood isn't the best.
