I preordered Legend of Zelda, Tears of the Kingdom from here. Got the call Wednesday about pickup and we were curious about the collectors edition. We knew the collectors edition is first come first serve basis. The male (i believe his name was Johnny) answered very condescendingly when we went in at 3:00pm, not giving us a straight answer and just telling us to stand in line then and there. We were not asking questions in a rude way either. The other employee (who is actually great) knew what we were asking and told him to just answer our question. As a result of his confusing answer, we missed the pickup ticket and ended up in a later group. The icing on the cake is that he saw someone he knew behind us and gave them the collectors edition, bringing him to the front and everything.

Came to redeem my $5 monthly pro credit as an eshop coupon. The employee on the clock ~12pm did not know what I was talking about. He kept saying that I could only redeem credit on the app and to purchase something. I've been redeeming this credit for the past year and it's weird that not all store employees know about this. This was the first time I've been to this store, but I've been doing this for months at the GameStops on Wilshire/Vermont and Slauson/Western. You guys need to do a better job of educating your employees on member perks.

It’s unfortunate to say that the service I received today was very unprofessional, I came in today ready to get a new game that I had pre-ordered, and they brushed it off as if It wasn’t a inconvenient to me, as well as other people who had pre-ordered this game. So be cautious when coming here, they might have the game you spent your money on.
