Love game stop just learned my lesson from ordering from there website. They decided fast not to give me another game after I told them it was never delivered. Now I gotta hunt for my game after waiting for days.

Came to redeem my $5 monthly pro credit as an eshop coupon. The employee on the clock right now did not know what I was talking about. He kept saying that I could only redeem credit on the app and to purchase something. I’ve been redeeming this credit for the past year and it’s weird that not all store employees know about this. This was the first time I’ve been to this store, but I usually go to the one on wilshire/Vermont.
