I thought I was going to be able to leave a positive review but nope… on July 25 2024, I turned into the gas station and my rear passenger side tire popped. Well at least it popped at a tire shop right? NO!!! $130 for a new tire. Overpriced but I’m stuck. (Now to be honest I already knew they saw BMW and said let’s double the price. I know because I live in Redondo Beach and a new tire in that area is $80 but I digress..) well the BMW emblem is missing from my car. I went back today August 6, 2024 and was told by the same human who told me $130 (while he never got up from his seat) to tell me they don’t have it and when they put it back on it was loose. Quick question, why would you not say anything about that on July 25, 2024? So now I am to wonder if the tire was actually put on correctly since things were loose and we don’t have the common sense God gave us to say hey FYI that’s loose. And not to mention his idgaf attitude. Negative stars.

This business destroyed my car!! THEY DID NOT PUT OIL IN MY CAR destroying my engine. The owner "NELSON" called me asking about my last oil change. I couldn't remember the date and told him "It probably needs oil. Either put oil in it or do an oil change if it needs it." HE MESSED UP B4 AND WAS SUPPOSED TO BE MAKING THINGS GOOD. Prior to that the owner Nelson drove my car home when I didn't get there by closing. When I arrived the next morning my car was lifted up being worked on. My car made noises. After bringing it back several times, my boyfriend bought me another car so Ieft it alone. Then years later I get referred to him again and he BLEW MY ENGINE UP!! Then was rude to me when I told him bbn I'll see him in court.Service: Exhaust
