total scammers.. deny insurance code and cannot be reached when you have an accident..thieves who take your money and disappear don't go near them

Do NOT come here Save your money !!!! First one of the agents made my mom wrote down all her family and without my mom knowing they excuses my brother from the policy my mom speaks Spanish so she didn't really understand what the hell the contract says they just sold her full coverage then the day before yesterday my brother who doesn't even live w my mom borrowed the car and got into a bad accident Fred loya completely denied everything due to him being excluded when my mom didn't even know !!! This is absurd and rediculous We are seeing options to take them to court but are so damn stressed Because of this they left us liable for everything !!! Everyone has a license and there is no wrong doing it was just the Broker who decided to exclude everyone and ruined our lives !!!! My moms savings for a 3 car collision won't last very much jerks !!!

i was set for an appointment to come in and sign some documents. I get there and they are for lunch when a supervisor set up my appointment the day before. In general they are very sloppy with their work and never follow up with you to let you know paper work you submitted was not acceptable. And made my car policy canceled because card on file expired and autopay did not go through. They had incorrect address to my knowledge i thought they had updated that in their system. Truly bad service

Fred Loya insurance I been with them for 8th years now and I have alway been asked of who do I have my insurance with and I say Fred Loya Insurance one of those times I was at my dealership and I was going to get a loaner car because my car was going to be service at that dealership and once they heard me say Fred Loya they just took that loaner deal off the table and told me that they were not going to be able to make it happen because they don’t work with Fred Loya insurance. So they referred me to a rental car place and they they too didn’t wanted to deal with my Fred Loya insurance policy I have full coverage insurance with them. And the second time was at a deferent dealership they asked me the same question before they can get me into a loaner car and once again they denied me the loaner car. I called my insurance company Fred Loya to see if they knew why so many dealership who offer loaner car for the time they going to keep your car while they fix it and all she said was because they don’t like the way Fred Loya insurance go about their claims they don’t use original car part from the dealership they work with used car parts and they don’t know what they are doing. And she was right all along,I happen make a claim this time because some hit my car while I was in the barbershop I guess some low life punk hit my bumper and also damage my windshield they made me file two deferent claims and on top of that they estimated the damage at $200.00 dollars the car is an M3 2016 just the bumper alone is $1400dollars and windshield is $1890 dollars

Not adding the labor is been now 3 weeks since my car is been in the dealership awaiting for Fred Loya insurance to level out and stop making low ball estimates. Now I know why so many dealerships turned down Fred Loya insurance when they going to put you in one of their loaner cars that makes a lot sense to me so if you think you are getting a great deal out of Fred Loya insurance you are going to be in a wild and stressful times ????like they say you get what you pay for ???they sound like they come out of a World country. All they need is a donkey logo. Be aware of this Thieves.

I am not a client of Fred Loya Insurance; however, was rear ended by an individual that is. It has been over a week since I originally filed my claim and I have YET for an adjuster to see the damages on my car despite their promise that someone should have already arranged a time to see it. I have followed up with them several times and when I did call the main number and spoke with Roxanne she was rude and hesitant to provide me any information including the rental policy. In addition she muttered under her breath and sighed heavily as I asked her these questions. While all of our of jobs can be difficult at times, treating someone like this is uncalled for and unfair. Just happy I am a Geico client rather than Fred Loya.

I had to renew my car insurance on 4th of July...and they were closed. So I called July 3rd. Around 530 and no answer. So I call July 5th to renew and make my payment and the lady tells me they already canceled my insurance!! I received no call (mind you they call all day long as "courtesy" for payment, but they did not call all week!) I guess they were all on VayKay mode and didn't care to see what customers had to renew... Thanks to them I was without auto insurance for 2 days!! And the nerve of them to say "just come in and make another down payment (2 months) Complete Jerks!! Switched to Mercury....so much cheaper, and very considerate. Fred Loya you lost a loyal customer!

Very rude! They were supposed to call me back about adding insurance on my car. And 3 days later no call! So i called and a girl answered, i asked her about it and she asked what office? Im like umm.. idk? Then she hung up on me!

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star . My car was parked and the car in front of me got hit by a drunk driver with no license or insurance , causing damage to my car as well . From the beginning of my claim it has been rude agent after rude agent . Not only that but everyone one of them has asked me to do their job for them . The first one asked me to go to the police station to get the report for him , this will speed your process up he said . The second one told me we were going through the persons whose car was hit and then hit me so I was asked to go get the persons information . Then the 3rd one calls back after me calling her 3 times . She tells me something completely different that since the person who hit the car in front of me has no insurance we need to go through my collision insurance . She calls the next day to ask me the same questions like she never started any process . Then I'm given the other adjusters number so I can call him and ask him when he will be going to see the car because she doesn't know this information. This is 5 days after the accident . Still nothing has been done . The agents sound like it's their first day and worse day put together . Every call sounded like I was disturbing them , those recorded calls obviously are not being monitored or Fred loya has very low standards for customer service . Then comes the worse part . My car was claimed a total loss . There was minimal damage but the adjuster claims it will be more than the car is worth. Since I'm still paying it off the way they do it is they will give you an amount take their $500 deductible and then keep your car . In total I did nothing and lost my car after making my payments and insurance I end up loosing the car and giving a perfectly working car to this screwed up company. They didn't even give me a rental . The adjusters prices are ridiculous they will go whatever way they can screw you in the worse way . I would've been better off not puting in a claim .
