When I visited this particular facility it was Friday around noon. There was one customer. Loved that.Not sure if they are new but it is very clean and the staff are friendly. I was in and out.

This shipping Center is great! The 800 Customer Service representative lied to me and told me there are no services available at this location such as boxes, bags and shipping labels ! So she sent me to W Century Blvd by the Airport .....which doesn't exist !!!! I wasted my time, my money in gas and there isn't a FedEx to be found there....I had to go even further, 5.6 miles more to finally find the FedEx that exists.....I live on La Brea 2 blocks away from this store on Eucalyptus and she said there are no shipping labels to be given at this store. I want to yell at her I am so flicking mad. I'm going to complain. What a waste of my day. That's why only 1 star.

Terrible customer service. The woman at the front desk has declined my packages for various reasons. I have a FedEx Business Account and she will tell me a new reason why my package cannot be accepted every time. She is always very short and rude and uses a condescending tone. Even people that I have employed to go to do shipping tasks for me have been treated poorly by the staff there and have also said, “It was the black lady at the counter again.”“Wrong name. We can’t take it.”“Wrong Address, no one is at this address.”“We can send it out due to the packaging, and I don’t have any shipping boxes for you to use for that envelope.”I will then get in my car and call the El Segundo FedEx Office and get told that package will be accepted. I arrive and it goes out to the person with no smart comments, they just get it done at the El Segundo location.Giving this location a one star for a complete lack of professionalism and an absence of courtesy.

The wait in line for service was long, but I received great, friendly customer service and assistance.

One customer at the counter when I walked in. No employee present but can hear them laughing in the back. Had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come out of the backroom to help the customer and then help me. Two other customers walked in and the employee asked them to go to the location near fox hills mall because they wouldn’t be able to help them at this location.

Karina you should get some classes on customer service. After weeks of trying to figure out this young ladies name i was finally able to figure out her name. KARINA THE FEDEX EXPRESS DRIVER who does our office package Pick Ups is just horrible.She is EXTREMELY RUDE and has the worst customer service. My staff has attempted to ask her a few questions on multiple occasions and she just gives them attitude and refers my staff to the Fedex (800) number. She has snatched boxes/envelopes out of my staff's hand and almost caused injury to one of my clients. As my client was entering the building, Karinapushed her way out the door bumping into my client, didn'teven bother to say excuse me.This young lady definitely needs to be trained all over again and should learn how to provide excellent customer service. FEDEX needs to teach these drivers the proper way of picking up and delivering packages. Such a big company with horrible employees.

Would give 0 if I could. Spending more than 3 days and counting to get a package is ridiculous. Went there, gave them the code in person to get into my complex for signature delivery. Still can't get it right. Won't hold so I can pick up. Don't waste your time with FedEx

Cash Malone, the supervisor at FedEx, was known for his lack of enthusiasm and slow service. During my visit, he appeared disinterested, and the overall experience left much to be desired. It was clear that he wasn't dedicated to providing efficient and friendly service.

I believe the supervisor's name was Cash Malone. I visited this FedEx location today to send out a package, based on a referral from a nearby FedEx office and the customer service 1800 number. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. Mr. Malone appeared to be unfamiliar with the process and was not very helpful. I found his attitude dismissive, which made my visit less than satisfactory. I hope they can improve their service and management in the future. :/

This shipping centre is clean and tidy, it has good parking outside as well. Inside they offer several boxes and envelopes options in case you need some containers for your parcels.Unfortunately when I went, around 5 pm on a weekday, there was only one person at the front desk, who was incredibly patient and efficient, however, really short staffed as in few minutes, there was a big line behind me.I also wish that Fedex in general had a better customer service contact line, so that people like me looking for Items that have been misplaced by them, don't have to go to in person at a facility to only find where the shipment is at.

The service was pleasant, informative and friendly. The facility is clean and neat. There is plenty of safe parking in front of the building and there is plenty of space inside with 2 areas for putting your boxes together. I don't know why this business doesn't have 5 stars. I was so happy to find this near my home. Give this business a shot and write a good review!

If I could give it zero stars I would. For customer service agent at the desk could not give me any solution. The only thing he could say is call the 800 number which I had already done and they couldn’t help me either. Ridiculous. I don’t know how anybody receive their packages.

I came prepared to accomplish a particular task. It's a shipping/ receiving center, and as long as you've undertaken whatever it is you need to do in advance, then do so. 2 other customers waiting were unprepared and childlike. Amazing. Make the experience mutually enjoyable, for you and the clerk serving you.

I was suppose to receive a package today and waited all day for them to show up but they never showed up for delivery. I waited from 9:30 am until 8:00 pm.I, then, checked the tracking and it said that they were at my place and no one was available. Bunch of .....I don't know why they are lying.Very disappointed.
