Very unfriendly clerk and not helpful at all.
First and last time there, I like fed x but I'm considering UPS now just because of how rude she was to me. Didn't catch her name.

This is not a publicly accessible FedEx - it is for Apple employees only. Weirdly difficult to get that information without going and finding out for yourself, so if you're not an Apple employee, go elsewhere!

Poor customer service.
Does not consider customers time.
Never have enough employees helping. customers at the front desk. Supervisors need to be trained on how to organize and manage their time. Customers should not be impacted due to lack of proper planning. Customers should not be impacted by Poor planning.

Was there just now. The woman at the counter is the rudest most unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered. The absolute worst experience. Also the policy of having to have the delivery address on the ID is so dumb. What if you’re visiting? Just plain stupid ?

I don’t know why these workers are paid a salary, they don’t want to work at all, I waited for the parcel for 2 days because I needed a signature and every time I received a notification that they could not deliver the parcel since I was not at home, but I was at home, but there was no postman, I had to go to the office to waste my time and pick up the parcel. Terrible service!

Easily the worst FedEx location I've been to in the whole country. Only the parking is convenient. You WILL wait so if you can go some place else that's best. When you get service it's good, but you will WAIT
