If you’re looking for a body shop that will not only fix any and all issues you might have with your car but will also do so with the upmost professionalism and customer service Exotic body shop is the body shop for you. I usually dread going to a body shop but this one makes the experience as enjoyable as going to a body shop can be. They’re honest and upfront and don’t mess around. Definitely will be going back in the future!

They give you the run around and for some reason they shredded the repair check twice without letting me know. The receptionist is lazy and the owner isn't very helpful customer service skills no good I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here repairs, not black people friendly.

I was in a car accident and they fixed my car like it was before the accident. Can't even tell it was in an accident they do great work. Highly recommend them. God forbid any gets in an accident but they're the best. They're responsive and answer all questions. Definitely recommend 10 out of 10. Gary and Wendy are the best!

Sloppy work. They held my car extra days to redo a paint job they said “didn’t come out right” and then called me to tell me it was done but when I went to pick the car up it had scuffs and scratches that were supposed to be buffed and new white paint splotches (I have a black car). It will take another weekend to “fix it” and I’ll have to trek out there again, for what’s hopefully the last time.Service: Painting

The body shop owner Gary was very professional and informative. I do however wish they would have kept me a little more updated on the status of my car while it was getting repaired, but on the repairs themselves all I can say is that they look great. They finished my car before my rental agreement was up which was very helpful.Services: Painting

These guys did a phenomenal job, I can’t recommend them enough. Gary handled all communication with the insurance company, gave accurate and honest timeline, and was a very pleasant guy to work with. They even washed my car. It looks brand new. 10/10

I came to them with work paid by the insurance company and they refused to work on the car. They lied and claimed they could not work on the car because it "looks" like it was repaired previously. This 2012 Mustang has been in the family since 2011 and has never seen the inside of a body shop. Horrible business.Reply: 1.) The insurance estimate was sent to another shop. No other shop refused to work on the car. More lies by you.2.) The insurance Estimate includes replacement of bumper because it is not repairable due to the accident. Why do you care abought sun damage if you wont be using that bumper cover?3.) Unless you are able to find a cover that does not need paint, you'd have to paint the cover anyways!Did you plan to bondo that torn plastic bumper cover together and claim to have replaced it to make a bigger profit?

My 3 month old 2023 Hyundai Elantra suffered front quarter damage after a traffic accident in November. I was looking for a shop near me that was a Hyundai Certified Collision Repair Center to perform the repair under my Allstate insurance. I found Exotic close to LAX and read the great reviews on Yelp, so I reached out to them. As reflected in other reviews I read, Gary was the best!!! He was super responsive and I was happy to learn that they were just accepted to be a part of the Allstate Good Hands Repair Network. Even if they weren't, I always felt in good hands with Exotic. They did a great job of making the appointment to come in for the estimate and repair, made arrangements for my ride to the rental car agency, and timely informed me of the progress of my car or parts on order. Gary was always just an email away if I had any questions. We had some follow up work to handle as is often the case with body repairs and we even had a lingering problem with a replacement part that really wasn't doing the job. Gary was always helpful in getting my vehicle right and working with my insurance to get the job done. I thoroughly recommend Exotic for your body shop needs. Both the work and the customer service are exactly what you would want to make sure your vehicle is put back into good working order after a fender bender. Thanks Gary and Exotic Auto Body!

There is no one I trust with my car more when I've been in an accident. They do an amazing job with the repair, they're quicker than others, and they are extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. If you're ever in an accident, don't look any further. Exotic Auto Body is the ONLY place I recommend to friends and family. A+++++.
