I was very happy with the service provided by Eli’s Collision. They were always a call/email away if I had any questions/concerns. I’m not much of an email person and their team was able to accommodate and send me updates via text. My vehicle was returned clean and in good condition. They have provided me with email copies of all the repairs performed on my vehicle and handled the entire process with the insurance without issues. Upon dropping off my vehicle Chad requested a member from Enterprise rental car to pick me up from the Body shop, saving me an Uber trip! As for when picking up my vehicle, the team was kind enough to allow me to leave my rental there and have enterprise pick it up! I will say it took over 3 months to get my vehicle returned to me but I can guarantee that everything was done properly and to AUDI standards. Thanks again!! I will definitely recommend.

this place is terrible go literally anywhere else. I don’t understand why Lexus recommends this place. They tried totaling my car out and quoted my car at 16k and that’s with removing things off the list. I took it to century customs they brought it down to 9k they were able to save my car use all Lexus parts and save my car! This place is a scam. I left my car in the shop for a while because my insurance was also taking a long time to reply and they stole the cash I had in my center console. They will take your things and your money do not trust these people!

Although it took a long time to get my car back, I was very happy with the whole experience. The people were wonderful. They kept me apprised of the progress on a weekly basis. I really appreciated this. The work was great and I’m very pleased. I would definitely recommend Eli’s.

Im filing a police report, filing a DCA with the state of California and a Bbb complaint on this criminal company. They steal your vehicle and keep it in the shop for as long as possible to squeeze every single dollar out of you. I’ve called them over 320 times this month just to get an update where my vehicle is at and if repair even started and still nothing and they purposely ignore all your calls and never callback even after leaving dozens of voicemail. They blatantly lie when u do get ahold of them telling you one thing to make an excuse to stall and hold ur vehicle. It takes them 2 months just to get a estimate to start repair and they’ll lie to you that they reached your insurance for estimate approval.
My insurance has been on top of them fulfilling requests and approvals on their end yet, they purposely are lie that they reached out when 100% didnt. My insurance cant even get a hold of them either. My car hasnt even had a single repair done for over 2 months.
They are quick to respond when they can steal your vehicle and they disappear once its in their posession. Theresa specifically is the absolute worst shes the biggest crook, extremely incompetent.

My experience at Eli's was just phenomenal. I was just taking care of from the minute. I went to have the estimate done through all of the of the additional work I just was I'm just so happy there's nothing wrong to report. You do a wonderful job excellent work, so teresa, Dulce and Susan Ahn, Are just two marvelous employees and they're just customer service oriented and they've helped make my experience this time just super pleasant. I'm an old customer and I've been buying cars having service work done and bodywork done many times over the years so thank you again for everything you do so well just keep going. Thank you.

Eli's did an outstanding job of re-creating our damaged Porsche Macan - it literally looks like brand new. Their communication was outstanding, and they delivered on time and under their estimate. I wouldn't hesitate to go back!

I recently had my car repaired and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They took the time to thoroughly explain the repair process and provided a detailed updates. Especially Yarithza and Angelo. The quality of work exceeded my expectations. Worst service ever. For years I've been lied to and told wrong info by Mr. Aaron and the rest of Eli's collision. They purposely sent my refund to the wrong place, couldn't schedule repair it's been a nightmare. Aaron is very unprofessional, this place should be closed down very soon.

Missing manual , car registration , coin boxes with full of coins , cristal , 3 flash drives ,etc there was nothing left in my car , really disappointing !
