They will take your $200 deposit and never return it. The janky hotel will cover their ass for them and say it’s a “separate entity” even though it’s all owned by the same janky family. They’ll be paying one way or another is all I can say

I read reviews before renting car from this company and had some doubts! but I was fully satisfied with their service! They gave me a nice car for a reasonable price!Got my 200$ deposit back in timely manner! I would recommend this company to anybody for their exceptional service

I have been renting many year from this place and I haven't had any issues with them so far. Great customer service, decent prices and nice clean cars(which other rental car places down in the street doesn't offer).

I came out to Los Angeles on a business trip 2 weeks ago and went to Eco Rent A Car since it was near where I was staying. Unfortunately, I hadn't read the reviews and I am too waiting on getting my deposit back. They lied and told me the gas was a little under where it was when I got the car which is false. I am calling my attorney and having him work on this for me if not resolved in the next 24 hrs. Also filing a BBB complaint. Please spend the extra money to go to a nore reputable company.
