Complete waste of my day. Got there at 9am and left at 8pm. The last lady I got was in such a hurry that she didn't even bother answering my other questions relating to my tax refund. Office is messy and you have to sit outside, give them your information and once they're done they come back outside to tell you how much you owe or how much you're getting back. Little help and terrible customer service. If I could rate this place lower I would. They can't even sit down with their clients to serve them. Trash. Don't go here ! If you're new they will also charge you extra.

Have been coming here for many years.... maybe around 15 i would say... i came here because my father brought me here he new Mr. And Mrs. Portero... he came here many years before i did and most of my family and friends we have referred come here as well... all as happy as we are... very professional great prices and very reasonable..... would recommend to everyone

Their work is good and the prices are reasonable. My main complain is the amount of time they take to get the taxes filed. They told me it would take 2 weeks to have my taxes ready, but they took a whole month to get back to me...and that's only because I kept calling and showed up to their office to get an answer from them (since they are at times hard to reach over the phone). I overheard them say that they are taking longer to process requests because of the extension the government granted. Which I don't understand how that matters for my taxes if I took way before the first deadline. Don't say 2 weeks and then take 4. That's just plain unprofessional.

Recommended! Been going here for a few years because my parents go here. Now, all my family does their taxes here. Make an appointment for short wait time or ask and see when they are not busy. I've done taxes with H&R Block and Portero Taxes has always helped me with advice to try and get the best. I lost a lot of money investing with H&R Block when I did it myself. Not the top notch type of company but they are family owned. The only downfall is that they charge different prices at times. Which is a little weird. I get if you have a lot of detailed taxes to file like a house and all but when it's a basic tax transaction, they give people different pricing depending on who helps you.
