I have been here twice for a haircut and Socorro does a decent job with long hair and layers. I didn't request anything too fancy. This time around she was texted that I want multi color balayage and a photo of what I wanted. Appointment was set and I was ready to spend 4 + hours in her salon and was ready to spend whatever it was going to cost. She doesn't give a quote. I get there and she is asking me what I want and tell her didn't you get the texts with photo and she says that she never got a photo. And then she checks her phone and says oh I didn't click on download. She sees the picture and says that she is not prepared to do this. She doesn't have the colors. Usually people let me know in advance and I can buy the colors. I tell her well you were sent the photo in advance. She then tries to refer me to another salon. I told her yeah but I'm going to need another appointment. I just left upset. What a waste of time! And honestly I don't think she cared. I don't think she wanted to do the complicated hair coloring. Oh well, she lost my business.

I went to Diego's hair salon to get highlights in my hair, they came out very nice but when I got home I noticed a huge bleach mark on my sweater!! Beware do not wear clothes that you don't want to get ruined here, I am so upset!
