I'm not gonna lie it's a cute beauty supply but some of the workers in there have a very strange attitude. It's a stuck up kind of arrogant. Don't want to help you too much. I don't like that but it is what it is I think they should be a little more cheerful

Big store but pretty limited pony tail selection and all behind the counter so you can’t really look at them. Be aware that they don’t take credit cards! Not sure I’ve been to any other beauty supplies in LA that require debit or cash transactions, so that is annoying.

They need an upgrade. This place is looking old and run down now. The earrings are tarnishing in the doorway because they're exposed to the sun. I have always purchased my ear rings here. Now, the quality has changed. The svc is still great but needs some new energy.
